Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

The secret to continued gains.

What I got out of it is that the key is to PE continously.
PE with the least amount neccesary to gain.(the hard one to find out). Increase intensity + time slowly. This secures that the grow is healthy and not injury prone.
Differentiate the exercises to target different parts of the penis. This secures that not one part is overtrained or undertrained extensively.

Im steadily but slowly gaining using these principles.

The only thing I would add is increase time before increasing intensity to keep adaption to a minimum.

If I might interject a couple of concepts here that seem to have been lost along the way of this thread.
Consistency obviously is key to penile growth over a long period. Now whether to apply different strategy’s is an individual choice of course. What I would like to point out here is Penis structure is significantly different then muscle culture. There is no muscle involved the penis structure so BB’s concepts of lengthening or expanding the penis does not apply.
If you were trying to apply the same principles to other parts of the body as our penis’s then in effect you would be exercising on the same format as a contortionist where ligament stretching is a necessity to accomplish extended joint flexibility.
We have an advantage over contortionist’s in that we have means to apply continuous all day stress, even if at low levels, that accomplish change in ligament structure, i.e., penile length. These changes are readily accomplished via the same methods used by African tribes where women elongate their necks via rings where when stacked one upon another results in very long culturally attractive necks. They don’t take the rings off for a decon period, nor do they change their routine. Instead they use a perpetual stretching method.
This is what I found works for our purpose to lengthen the ligament structure of the penis which when accomplished we find the surrounding tissue structure adapts to the longer length of those ligaments.
Utilizing an All Day System for keeping tension on the ligaments after application of higher stress induced stretching will accomplish the same results as the African tribes women.

Another requirement to continual gains is to provide variation to an established routine that focuses on portions of the penile ligament structure to ensure and accentuate stress on the ligaments in such a fashion that the ligament will do what we are asking it to do. This is accomplished through the divide and concur principle of angle hanging which can be applied to any approach to stressing the ligament structure, be it jelqing or weight hanging. Hanging doesn’t lend itself to this principle without pulleys and cords and other forms of mechanical apparatus to provide stress to the ligaments other than gravity.
This why I eventually utilized a Bungee cord from a standing position which when I would turn my hips 90deg to the left or right I got an Over the Leg angle that stretched the outer portion of the ligament as opposed to the Straight Out position which is the strongest structural position for the ligaments to withstand. After stretching the outer portion of the ligs the SO position was stretched easier. Over time I saw my length measurements improving on a continuous basis.
In addition to the left right stretch all that was necessary subsequent to them was to change my anchor point for the Bungee from straight out groin level to an eye level anchor and walla! Straight Up angle. This also gave me left, right straight up angles with a twist of the hips again.

These variations provide the means to keep the weight increases to a minimum. Over three years of hanging I didn’t find it necessary to exceed 20lbs of hanging or stress weight and accomplished my goals
Now one of the other benefits to this approach is my girth increased by an inch over this time so girth work became unnecessary.

Circumventing the bodies healing processes by continual and perpetual stress on the ligaments is critical to long term gains. Time breaks to routines will only lead to the allowance of the body to strengthen stressed tissues and repair them. That is what the bodies healing processes are about and in the end Plateau’s are the results. This is just common sense.

09-2003 BPEL:6.0x5.5

11-2004 BPEL:8.25x6.25 . . 9+ by Spring is the goal AIR CLAMP

Now BPEL:8 5/8 x 6 5/8 PE Weights

As being an active power lifter I would have to interject and say that “keeping the muscles confused” is a marketing gimmick. In power lifting you have to add weight in a progressive format based off your 1 rep max. Changing it up an switching routines is a sure way to never have consistent gains and measure how well your routine is working. Only minor adjustments are made to assistance exercises but the main lifts stay the same. Heavy and progressively adding weight in a systemic way.

This is power lifting though. I am new to PE so maybe after the newbie routine for several months and only if gains cease would a change be good. Just my noobie 2 cents.

They don’t stretch their necks, that’s not possible. The weight of those rings pushes their collarbone and shoulders down which gives the illusion of longer neck.

True but all that proves is that over time you can deform the collar bone or stretch the ligaments that attach it, I’d say what’s the difference in terms of proving that you can reshape the body !

It’s not exactly reshaping, it’s breaking bones. Which ‘ligament’ attaches the collar bone?

I doubt they break their collar bones I would imagine they would bend over time. And it’s the ACL ligament that attaches the collar bone to the shoulder, I tore mine once !

No bro, they break their chest over time. The neck is not elongated.

I know the neck doesn’t get longer but break their chest !

I imagine they start adding rings at a young age before the bones have finished growing and are still relatively flexible.
If the clavicle broke they’d be at serious risk of a punctured lung.

‘Break’ is not literally here, I’m not ENS. Wait I’ll find a reference for what I’m saying.

"Rings are snapped around the necks of girls beginning at the age of six. A few rings may be added every year, up to a limit of 20. The record, according to one village woman, is 28 brass rings.

The women’s necks aren’t actually stretched. Rather, the weight of the rings gradually crushes the women’s collar bones, producing the illusion of long necks. At least, that’s the official explanation."
Stretching Necks on the Thai-Burma Border

"Dr. J.M. Keshinian says an examination of X-rays taken of t hese tso called giraffe-women show that the long neck don’t come from the vertebrae or the ligaments being stretched…"The neck hadn’t been stretched at all, ….in effect, the chest had been pushed down."

"Unlike normal accessories, these rings are for life and may only be removed with the direst of results. Adultery among Padaung women has always been punished by the removal of the rings, a fate almost literally, worse than death.

This is an unusually cruel punishment as the cervical vertebrae has become deformed after years of wearing the rings, and the neck muscles have atrophied. Unless she wishes to risk suffocation the unfortunate wife must pay for the infidelity by spending the rest of her life lying down or try to find some other artificial support for her neck."

Oh man, that really is cruel and unusual punishment… :/

I agree here, I have been doing PE for about a year now and I am noticing that I need to change up my routine to break through this wall. Also I am realizing the importance of a proper diet. Thanks for the post!
