When it comes to the neck rings I think the overall affect is the same as what we’re doing here. Unfortunately for them gravity doesn’t work in their favor but the end result is sad in that when the support is removed they are in deep trouble. Fortunately for us gravity or stress angles work FOR us.

I’m not a big believer in that. To me it’s just wasting time you could use to make your dick bigger.

The human body has an unbelievable ability to adapt very quickly. When your dick has adapted to the exercises you do, is when your gains will stop in my opinion.

I have been trying a different method, although with less than 5 months of active PE, I can’t know for sure yet if it works better than most other programs.

My “secret” is that I constantly change my PE routine. I change the number of rest days, exercises, intensity and time. I always keep my dick guessing. If you jelq 30 minutes and stretch 30 minutes per day 5 on and 2 off for example, your dick will get used to that and always knows what to expect.

I might do manual stretching for 15 minutes followed by 10 minutes of dry jelqs one day, then 30 minutes manual stretching and three 15 minute sets of clamping the next day, and perhaps 30 minutes of wet jelqs and uli’s the following day. I change my routine EVERY day.

I believe this could be the secret to continued gains.

Fully agree switching up the routine regular is a important thing to do.

I always try out a different exercise every session.. Some days dry jelqing works wonders, other days stretching and wearing a silicone cock right for 45 minutes flaccid will make my cock gain inches without having to even do anything.. Whatever feels like its working so you can almost feel your cock grow right there and then.. That’s never let me down and I gained inches both length and girth faster than I thought possible.

I did 3 month PE, got 1cm success but I m in my resting time, wanna continue in this month.

Exercise that feels comfortable with, that our body responds well to and work good together in combo combinations. That you easily can mix around and play around with in routine that is always in movement.

Yeah to be honest I actually agree with you on this pal the thing is our body will get used to the amount of p.e exercises we do if we do it on a daily basis so the best option is to change it up so that way your body does condition it self I watched a you tube video and it states that if you do press ups every single day your body will get used it whereas if you change it up and for example do press ups on day one then do press ups again on day 3 then press ups again on day 4 it will confuse your body so that way it will have to keep on guessing so that way you won’t hit a plateau hopefully

I think for whatever reason, we make some gains, and then it’s over. It’s fun getting that extra inch or so, and it is nice to think we can just keep gaining. Perhaps going to extremes might add a little more, or it might end up in injury or permanent damage.

My experience is, if I just quit PE I start to lose gains, so I have to be doing something, but not much, to keep gains. There are things in life besides a bigger dick, so maybe it is a good thing to reach our limit and put efforts elsewhere.
