The bottom line gents is if she’s to drunk to be driving then she’s too drunk to give consent and if you’re patheric enough to take advantage of that situation you fully deserve to be hit with a rape charge.

Sorry this hits really close to home as my wife had this happen to her a long time ago. And as a guy who even as a horny teenager never took advantage of a drunk woman and in fact made sure they were not driving and made it home safely.
