I was thinking along the lines of those.

Google “connective tissue disorders” and “collagen disorders” and you’ll find a lot of information explaining the underlying genetic variability.

I meant to say type instead of time, but I think everyone got the point anyways. I forgot to say heal, sorry computer fatigue got the best of me. Anyways Ill look that up but right now Im experimenting with some hanging.

If you use a Bib Original hanger for > 10 hrs/week at > 20# for a year you will gain 1”-2” IMO. The weight must be at the hanger…..if attachment is draped over something weight must be added for the friction.

IMO nutrition, and sleep is the key, also recovery time.

My diet is for body building, even though I don`t do body building any more :D It just stuck. I eat raw egg three times a day and vegetable oils with omega 3 and 6. And some multivitamins and magnesium and zinc etc… OK I still do benching and my diet really helps making gains there too, but I know it is good for PE also.

MM,

I agree — I too think there is a “sweet spot” where the tension is PERFECT for gains. It is my opinion that many guys go way beyond that sweet spot, in the beginning, thus bringing their response to stress to a higher level. Meaning, as time goes on, these guys build their penises to a level of strength that needs much more stress. All of this would be unnecessary if they didn’t go beyond their sweet spot, earlier on.

Hmmm, good point. Never really thought of it that way, but it makes sense.
