Theories on rapid gainers vs slow gainers

Ive been thinking about this question for such a long time and I always wondered what is the biological difference that allows one person to gain rapidly and others to barely gain at all… For example does it depend on the initial size, does it depend on the persons muscle types or testosterone levels. Anyways, does anyone have a scientifical theory for why some people just cant quite seem to gain?

The diet, water intake and blood pressure. In my opinion.

Biochemical reaction of the tissues to stress and expansion. Level of tension used can also be a factor. Too little stress and nothing happens; too much and the body fights back. I think there’s likely to be a “sweet spot” where the tension is right to promote growth but not so great as to trigger an immune/inflammatory response.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

I think there might be some difference from one man to another, Like health, Geenes, Food, Rest/sleep, supplements, And so on.

But I belive the biggest part of it is what ModestoMan wrote, Finding the “sweet spot”.

It is like anything else, some people are just more genetically predisposed to respond at greater degrees to the stimuli. Some bodybuilders gain like there is no tomorrow, others have to sweat through their shorts to get a “pump.”

LOT is also apparently a factor.

Lets not forget discipline. I havent been gaining lately simply because I have not been able to find the alone time. And when I do, its usually for smaller amounts of time. Also it takes time to actually learn what works best for you.

While there are a lot of ways to limit your rate of progress, once everything else has been dialed in, genetics will be the ultimate limiting factor.

..

I would have to say Genetics and sweet spot, because some guys are really disciplined and go at it for years with small gains.

Did you know America ranks the lowest in education but the highest in drug use? It's nice to be number one, but we can fix that. All we need to do is start the war on education. If it's anywhere near as successful as our war on drugs, in no time we'll all be hooked on phonics

Ok thats all fine and dandy, but I was hoping to go more in depth. Such as what is it about ones body or genetics that disallows penile growth from PE while others are so responsive. Is that for example due to a hormone that helps heal the tissue faster and can allows the penis to take more intense exercies or is it a specific muscle time that is non responsive to PE. I was thinking along the lines of those.

We don’t really know.

Making your penis bigger has so many factors involved, it would be a huge accomplishment just to figure out WHICH factors are the critical ones.

Just the pe side of it ( inducing forces) is so shot full of variables that we rarely are communicating accurately.

For example, if you say 200 jelque strokes at 50% erection…if you gave 100 guys that instruction…you would get 100 variations!

To make it worse, each guy might do it slightly different each time!

Its only when we say things like 5 in hg vacuum for 15 minutes or 10 lbs of wt hung straight down for 30 minutes that we can claim some sort of reproducibility.

Are you asking for the sake of information or in order to improve your gains?

If its for information, no real scientific study has been done on penis enlargement that covers what you are asking (that I know of).

Mostly its us extrapolating from different studies and trying to piece it together in some sensible way.

If its to improve your gains, I would suggest starting at some sensible beginning based on the newbie routines…keep accurate records of what you are doing, eating and resting…and make sensible changes based on your responses to your program.

I think that’s the $64,000 question.
