hey my thera p wrist wrap is a little big on me, is it okay to trim it down a little or will this mess it up. Also, how tight should it be because mine doesn’t seem to hold my buldge after pumping

You shouldn’t have to cut it. Just wrap it a little tighter, around itself. The velcro should hold.

I purchased this wrap about 6 months back and I tried it a few times when I got it but I had no luck. I wrapped it around the base of the shaft preety tight and after about 20 minutes my dick shriveled up.

Any tips on how you use this? How tight do you wrap it? When do you use it? and Where do you wrap it around?

Wrap it around your shaft and your balls, both at the same time. Do this after your PE workout; wrap snugly but not so tight that it is uncomfortable. You shouldn’t be much aware of it as you wear it.

Don’t be discouraged if your post-PE engorgement doesn’t last a long at first. This is a long-range project - months. Nobody’s going to get a longer flaccid over night.

If it’s convenient for you, wrap a morning erection when you wake the day or even two days after a PE workout. Object is to heal microtears while in a somewhat larger state. If while wearing it some hours you become even a bit aroused, the wrap will maintain some of that engorgement for longer than would be normal.

According to the Homedics web site, the Thera P wrap is available at Rite Aid, Walgreens and Wal-Mart. I bought one today at Wal-Mart for just under 9 bucks. Not sure about the theraband, but do a search, I know places where you can buy it have been discussed before.
