cotton wrap then theraband?

what is everyone doing with wraping. I was using two, or one and a half wraps of theraband. One wrap only, and it doesent seem like i keep the hanger on as well. Any suggestions????

I have no problem wraping, what I want to know is is the cotton wrap more comfortable? what is everyone doing with wraping, bolth cloth and theraband. I thought I read that bib only used theraband? looking for opionions

I personally wrap with nothing at all or thera :)

Personally I use just one single strip of theraband, about 17” long. I wrap pretty tight and this works well for me. Just have to take it easy when I remove the thera, since it glues to the skin.

I have also tried to hang with nothing and with cloth only, but I get too sore after a few sets this way.

I believe in simplicity.

I found that with the Thera it cuts off more blood flow the head or something. It turns the head into a mushroom, making the shaft considerably smaller and the skin rises above the Thera in essence looking like….a mushrooom.

Anybody experience this…I’ll tell you what though, once I get the fitting and wrap right its all down hill from there.

I’ve got the same thing happening, but I wind the wrap all the way over the head and find it provides a little pressure against a balooning head and keeps thing much more comfy. I install the bib back fron the head of course.

I notice the same thing, since I wrap pretty tight, but I just squeeze the blood out of the head and then hang.

I experiment with a looser wrap too, since I read that might help to grip the internal structures better, but so far I still like the tight best.

The reason I posted this is because I seem to need just a little more then 1 theraband wrap to be totally comfortable. I was using like one and a quater wraps. I used a 15x1.5 inch theraband then a like 6x1.5 extra jsut to get the girth up.
