Thinking about quitting PE

Thinking about quitting PE

I’m at 7.25” NPBEL x 5.375” EG and haven’t made any gains in over a year, now. I recently switched back to the newbie routine, thinking it might shock me back into a gaining status. Well, it did… for about two weeks. My EG increased to 5.5” in that time even though my NPBEL went down to 7” (I was ok with that). Now, nothing is happening and I have in fact gone back down to the first dimensions that I mentioned in this post. I don’t know what to do and feel as though this is pointless. I might just do a modified and shortened version of the newbie routine so I can maintain my growth.

For those of you who are interested, I would warm up with a wet washcloth for 3-5 minutes, stretch for an additional 1-2 minutes, then do about 200 dry jelqs (I found they work the best for me). I would be two days on, one day off. That would be the version of the newbie routine I had switched to. Any thoughts?

Any thoughts on any of this?

I can understand, thats a good size to have.

It’s a good size to have. Actually you are in my target zone, so hats off :) . Where did you start? Perhaps at this stage you should concentrate on cementing yoru gains instead of quitting altogether?

Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

Goal NBPEL(7-7.5)xMEG(5.5-6) (journal)

Just take 6 months off and see how you feel. It will also do ligaments in your hands good to take time off. Jelking also puts strain on them also.

Take care.

Always be cool.

Now BPEL 7.75 EG 5.80 Goals for 2013 improved E Quality + BPEL 8.25 6.0 EG Long term goals, 8.75

Split your routine 5 times in the day. Try 5 20” pulls up/donw/left/right/out and 20 3” jelqs afterwards. It should not take more than 5’ per session. Give it a month, see how it gows.

It takes time and devotion.

Yeah.

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

“Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.”

30 minutes of jelqing. You start the Newbie Routine at “10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)”. You work your way up from there.

If you’re not doing 600 jelqs, you’re not doing the Newbie Routine. Not finishing it, anyway.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

If I had that size, I’d just clamp my way up to 5.75” MSEG (or even 6”).

I think I started at about 6 or 6.25 NBPEL x 5.25 EG.

So that’s it? You’re just giving up instead of going back to the drawing board and reworking the problem. can’t say I don’t blame you I’ve been in your shoes before, I told myself I know nothing about PE. So I studied my ass off learning things from another perspectiveerent perspective. What I found out was the importance of diet on pe, time limitations on holds and ulis to prevent blood vessel damage, and some factors of bdybuilding that tie into pe.

What I can tell you now that wont be a bunch of feel good “don’t quit” motivation bs, will change your outlook on pe. I want you to try 1 1/2 jelqs, where every jelq will consist of one full wet jelq and either one top half or bottom half jelq, that’s one rep. If you can get to 100 then slow down at the bottom of the rep and hold that pressure for 1-2 seconds. At the end of your sets you will have done twice as many half reps at full reps. The reason being, everything adds up.

Don’t like that advice? Then try a pumping-jelqing-pumping routine. You should feel a good girth stretch at the end.

What was your routine before you switched back to the newbie? Also, the wash cloth thing is far far inferior to a moist heat pad. I have always thought that heat is so essential.

Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

That sounds interesting. Perhaps worth a try. Thanks.

I was doing hanging. I had worked my way up to one hour (three 20 minute sessions, five days per week) using 5-7 lbs.

Moist heat pad? Like what?

You’re in the States so you can go down to Wal Mart or Target to get one. It’s quite simple just like a blanket with an electrical cord attached to it. You wet the inside of the blanket thing and then plug the device in and place the pad over your package for 10 minutes or however much you want to get really loose and stretchy for a good PE session.

I agree with desilpower, take a few months off and then establish a new routine.

CWCLARK; Begin_11.11.2010: BPEL=6.5; BEG=5.2

Current: BPEL=7.87(20.00cm); BEG= 6.06(15.39cm): MSEG=5.75(14.61cm). Volume=20.9 cu.in. (53% increase)

GOAL: BPEL=8.0; BEG= 6.5: MSEG=6.0

Andgrowing, why stop hanging at 7lbs? Ad more weight, or switch to Vachanger and do longer sets IF 7lbs is your weight limit. As I am typing this, I’m vac hanging with 8.75lbs and experiencing fatique, the set isn’t over yet, only 44min past and I’ll wait 16 more minutes before removing the weight. Or maybe its time to change the hanging angle?
