I have low testosterone level. The only exercise I do is 20 mins of on the tread mill 5 mornings a week. I have never lifted weights. Should I start some squats without weights? If so does anyone have a suggestion on how to do an effect calisthenic ? And repetitions?

I usually do 3 sets of 5 reps (the starting strength newbie routine) and I guess deaflifts will help also

What about low weight and medium to high reps? Thoughts?

Omg WOW GUYS! It really works like heck! I was exercising every weekend with calisthenics programm. Primarily combo of pull ups, push ups and side-planches. But weren’t making squats almost at all.

Today decided to try 10 reps with 10 squats each - and really horniness way higher and I’m easily getting erections…. While after arm work out it is a bit vice-versa. Would implement them on regular basis from now on.

P.S. Was doing the simplest form, without any additional weight. I’m 178/69, very fit and well-built overall
