I wish I had still had my before pictures, because without them you can never fully prove anything. But sometime soon I was going to post some current measurement shots. Of course PE works… just not for everyone. I had a lot of potential gains, and they just tumbled out as soon as I gave them a reason to. Youth can also be a big determining factor, being in my twenties helps a lot. But as long as I’ve been at this, I can’t manage to get any closer to my goals. I hit the wall a long time ago, and my body won’t let me past that 8” mark on the ruler. Who knows… maybe this month?

Some people consider heating the unit very important and helps to make gains easier. I’m not exactly sure but hey it can’t hurt to be sure right.

Audacia- I agree with your comment on the warm up, I just didn’t do the warm up as suggested by many. The reason I did not do the warm up was merely a matter of time and convenience as to what I could do and when. There was no judgement or advice only my story.


When young I was about bpel 6x5 by 2002 size had shrunk down to bpel 5.5x4.8 with age, had to do something!

09/10 bpel 8.4, eg 5.8 midshaft (6.3 base) Goal- 9x6.2 average eg.

The concensus, IMO, should be that all intense exercises, including intense stretching and clamping, should be preceded by a good warm up, with the heat being maintained throughout the session. However, with gente sessions, such as very gentle stretching of jelqing, I think having a lack of heat during the session can actually give better gains.

I noticed that when I woke up with a woody, the penis is usually on the warm side. The internal blood can warm up the penis a bit for light PE.. but not hardcore hanging though.

We want it warmer than the blood tempurature… I’m pretty sure the concensus was around 104 degrees was optimal for stretching of the tissues.

I am using a hot water pumping for my warmup, feels great and I love it, and I know I’m getting my warmup in.
