Who are the Big Time gainers of Thunders? Not from surgery but from the basic, most valuable tool we have. PE.

Reason I ask is because I constantly here “It is impossible to increase the size of your unit”. Which if we have done at least the newbie routine for a couple months, we prove that’s a false statement, and PE “does” work.

But who are the ones who can really inspire members. Who are the ones who have gone down the road of success and back. Where are our Big Time gainers? Length and Girth.

Best stats 2009 = NBPEL - 6.25", BPEL - 7.25".. Mid EG - 5".. Base EG - 5.75" BPSFL - 7.375 —New stat 2021 = NBPEL - 5.5", BPEL - 6.5", Mid EG - 5.25

I cannot say that I have inspired anyone and have posted very little. I have no proof of progress as I have few pictures and no starting point pictures. The difference during any short period of time was not that significant. Nothing happen in 30, 60, or 90days. I do no have an exact start date and as I recall the first measurable change was significant and the progress occurred in plateaus. I kept no initial records as I did know if it would work. It was more of a quest to see if it would work without all of the stuff that was for sale out there. My progress was very slow, but enough to keep me going. I am very much in the closet about the entire process. It has been almost 10 years I do not know exactly when I started but the starting measurement a reasonably accurate as it was the point that I though my cock was shrinking from age. All I have ever done are the manual exercise that are now well established and explained on this site. No tools or devices and no negative implications as to such devices I just did not use them and no drugs, pills, or special lotions. Some of these things may have very well sped up the process.

I never really had a routine and no warm up other than I did not go faster or harder than I thought was appropriate. I continually change the exercises or rotate exercises. I do and did a lot of manual stretching, and squeeze type of exercises. At my starting length I found jelqing hard to do and I it did not seem all that effective at the time. I could be very wrong about that. I tried not to do anything stupid or that I thought was going to hurt myself.

Being married and in the closet it was difficult to have a routine, time, and place. There has never been much said about the penis. Maybe it all took so long it didn’t matter. LOL.

I consider myself a success story and I encourage anyone who is interested in PE to make up their mind that it does and will work and it is up to them to take the information and do something with it and it may take some time.

Recently I have been able to measure 9.25” fsl and bpel across the top at 8.4 on a good day. I have gained almost 3”EL and about 1.4” in girth. Girth needs more work. I know there are others that have done better and more and I am fun with my new toy! I hope to catch up to that flaccid stretched length.


When young I was about bpel 6x5 by 2002 size had shrunk down to bpel 5.5x4.8 with age, had to do something!

Really wishing I’d taken everyone’s advice here and taken starting pictures.

I believe in good science, and I was skeptical of the claims made about PE, so I figured the only way to know for sure whether it was real or not was to try it out and see what happens. That’s empiricism for you.


Start (Initially August 2008, Properly November/December 2008): 6.9x4.9

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)

If I may ask a question. What kind of time do you put into your routine, daily? 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hr, 2 hrs?

Jawbone- There are days that I do very little and days I’ll get 2 hours in. Now I do a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes or so just as part waking up, getting up in the morning, getting dressed, showering, and a morning cup of coffee. I can drink coffee with only one hand. I am a morning person and tend to wake up quite early and I will to exercises in bed just relaxed for up to an hour and if I have the time and opportunity I may get another 1/2 of hour or more in doing different exercises later in the day. Morning more stretching later in the day more jelq and squeeze. If I wake up a night I do no worry about not sleeping I do PE. Lol. I will go a few weeks putting in over an hour a day and then a week or so where I miss a few day and only have time for 5 to 15 minutes a day.

I would say it average out to about 20 to 30 minutes a day. Is more of a way of life than it is a regiment.

Well for inspiration I like to see very clear before and after pictures with a good inch plus of gains. There are many who would fit that criteria it’s just they choose not to post pictures.

Saiyan has clear pictures, braindrain does quite too.

I personally want to see many of the Moderators, especially the ones who carried on PE’ing right from when they joined till now. Like marinera. Check out his stats. 2005; 8BPEL x 6EG 2010; 9.685 x6.610

If I ever post mine it will be with a good 2-3 inches difference. But my starting pictures aren’t measured, my mid season ones are blurry so god knows what will be wrong with the final.

Still I think putting my starting picture next to my final there will be a huge difference easily noticeable.

Oh and I think it’s hard for a lot of people to set their selves apart from others because we all pretty much follow the same routine. No one is really trying any new ground breaking techniques. So I think legend is a bad word but there are definitely many people about on here who have gained well and worked hard and newbies can look up to them and see they can one day do it too.

P.S. Robert Frost post pictures if you can as well, seeing a difference like that would be great!
