I have seen guys on here that only use manual stretching and make incredible gains. I would really like to hear from some of you, that use stretching as one of the main forms of your routine, and have had some great success. Here are my questions for you:

How hard do you pull? (can you estimate the weight?)
How long is your workout?
Do you do it more than once a day? (several times a day?)
What about rest days?
What kind of stretches are you doing?

In general, what is your routine. How much have you gained and how long did it take you? Right now I am basically doing the newbie, with the addition of an ADS. I think I might like to increase my stretching, but how much is too much?

Hey Dlm4, I stretch 25mins a day, MON-FRI then rest weekends. This includes to the left and to the right, upward angles, downwards and between the cheeks. I do the 25mins out of an evening. I jelq 3 days on an 1 off also but stretching is my main area.

I only recently started really concerntrating on stretching and Ive been doing for about 3 weeks. There are far more experienced manual stretchers than me who will be good with there information. Good luck bro, keep me posted.

Good thread. This is the approach I plan on taking even as a newbie as just touching my dick seems to make it fatter when I need length. Be interested to see the replies.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

I do a split routine with stretching in the morning. I do an aided A stretch and aided V stretch in the morning then in the afternoon I do manual stretching before jelqing.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Well I stretch every time I take a piss about 8 times more or less a day and each set I do like 2 or 3 different angles for about 10-15 sec. And I also do the stretches in my routine including A, V, inverted V and BTC varying amount those 5 days on 2 off for about 10 mins more or less.


Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

I stretch everyday I PE, with a split of manual stretches and V stretches in morning, Jelqing and girth at night. When I’m doing my manual stretches I’m pulling very hard. I feel like my ligs are getting more conditioned, to the point manual stretches don’t feel that effective. I may actually be stretching more skin than ligs now. But I am pulling hard enough to lift 10 lbs at least, depending on the angle. At this point I would pull harder, but the grip won’t hold it. That’s why I’ve moved to A and V stretches.


Jelq, ADS, repeat.

Final Goal: 8EL x 6.2

Now I do only 2-3 session of pure stretching every week because most of my work is pumping.

1. I am still stronger than a medium person as I was a Bodybuilder for 30 years. I don’t pull with max force.
2. 40-50 minutes
3. I do only a session a day
4. I have always done 3 on 1-2 off
5. I like very much A-stretches and Jai-stretches

I started with normal size, now at the end of a stretching session my BPFSL is over 9”.
