Quality of erection is a bit different topic. Any man have size fluctuation, sometimes that’s like half inch difference. And flaccid difference is even bigger. It can go from 6 to 7-8 inches and stay in half-erect state for very long time. That has nothing to do with PE, it’s just how much blood body pushes. At any given time we can take a break and push our maximal size next time.
Real question about this topic in my opinion is do postwork size affect gains or not. Because from some points it’s just useless. For example, we usually can’t gain fast. Then we apply heat, because it softens (or maybe even slightly melts) elastic tissues, so we get better stretch. That’s very common and quite obvious opinion about PE. But doesn’t that mean once temperature drops, it becomes “solid” again? Like in few minutes after you stop heating, during PE routine. And once it’s locked, we can’t easily change size again. We also should understand, shrinkage doesn’t pull penis inside. It doesn’t have any force at all, just after ejaculation we stop to circulate high about of blood and penis comes back to completely relaxed state. So there is no any antistretch force here to make size smaller. It can’t stretch back small gains you got from PE session. Another topic is extender. Some people do very short stretching routines, some people do 8 hours/day extender. But at the end actually… both groups gain. That means there is no crucial need to stay in prolonged size for long amount of time to get gains.
The problem is, we don’t know why we gain. Maybe routine sends signals to body for adjustment. Maybe it’s because we stretch elastic tissues. Or maybe it’s mild injury recovery. In my opinion, last one doesn’t have much role here. Rest is very important, routine can stress penis very hard and make some damage what we need to recover. But if reason for gaining was recovery, then people would gain almost infinitely, which we don’t do. Also people who use extender would gain much faster and bigger, but it’s not really true too. Many people use different stuff like clamping/pumping for 20-60 minutes and gain more or less same as people who do 4-8 hours extender. So in my opinion it’s more about first two reasons. I said about body signals, because many people actually know how conditioning/unconditioning break works. People can do routine for year and see zero gains, then take few months break and start to gain again. It happens, so there is something there.
Despite I mostly said in support of cumming at the end, I think that can slightly slow down gains in most cases. And here is why. There is really important and more or less scientifically proven fact. Usually from recovery researches. We can do 3 ways. Usual stretch, stretch with cold, stretch with heat. People apply cold when have inflammation or any sort of pain (recovery researches), that makes it possibly to stretch at higher degree without feeling uncomfortable. Simple stretch is the worst and have small gains, stretch with heat is the best and stretch with cold at the middle. But people also thought “what if we stretch to max and cool down to fix at elongated state”, result was worse. Applying cold after heat showed smaller result than heat alone, but bigger than cold alone. So it should be good advice to keep temperature high for some time after routine, and horny mood with erection can do that at some degree naturally, without any support. Can cumming and keeping it warm work same? I think so.
