I’ve been hanging for awhile and got good gains, I backed off the hanging sets and slowly added clamping but my PI suffered. This last week or so I have been doing two sets of hanging, ten minutes jelqing and a ten minutes pumping. The results thus far are my flaccid is plump and much bigger all the time and the real surprise is the night wood is so hard it’s waking me up, morning wood is the same and won’t leave. So I think this seems to be a winning combination for me and hoping some good gains will eventuate. To the guys hanging, jelqing and pumping is this normal or have I just hit my P.E sweet-spot?

A lot of guys apparently don’t find hanging and pumping a good combination. I do hang, jelq and pump, but have never combined hanging and pumping as I like to cycle exercises. I always include jelqing in my routines though.

yes I was short on time yesterday and did the sets back to back and didn’t get the expansion or the good night wood. I will stick to hanging in the morning and jelq/pump in the evening. Thanks firegoat

I got quite good gains by light hanging through the day and then pumping in the evening.
