To those who have gained 1''+

For those of you having gained 1”+ how did you pull if off ?

Hanging ?

Manuals ?

ADS + hanging

Extenders ?

Further, how many hours per day have you dedicated to PE ?

AND

How long did it take you to reach the mark of 1” gain lenght and/or girth ?

I’ve been reading on various theories of PE, like weight X time theory as in ADS used alone. However many seem to be of the opinion that one needs to hang a heavy weight, and then wear an ADS so the tissues can heal in the stretched state—that makes sense to me.

I’ll keep on reading when I get up tomorrow morning, but in the meantime, I’d also like to hear from you fellow PE’ers.

Pretty much spot on for me as well, but I did more stetching, and not so much jelqing the first 5 months.


2007-01-27 5.3" BPEL 4.8" EG, Less than 3" Flaccid, and sometimes less than 2"

As of 12-07-2008 7.75" BPEL 7.1" NBPEL 5.7"MSEG 6"+ BSEG. Ultimate goal 8+ inches NBPEL, 8.5" BPEL 6.3" EG (2" diameter just sounds so cool!)

50 minutes max? But how many sessions per day and how much time individually for Stretching and Jelqing? Thanks in advance for any reply

Yes. It was a 2on 1off, 2on 2off at first then 5on 2off in the latter time. 20 minutes stretching, 20 minutes jelqing and variations, 10 minutes for warm ups and downs.

Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"

Statstatstats.

I gained an inch in length and somewhere between ½ to ¾ inch in girth in about seven months through hanging and manual stretches. I don’t jelq or do any other girth work.

I did it using an ADS and manual stretches and jelqs mostly. Not getting much girth gains though. not gonna worry about it too much ‘till I hit my length goals.

For those who gained on the newbie routine. How did you gradually increase your routine? Did you add 5 minutes a month (10 min. Of stretching instead of 5, and 15 min. Of jelqing instead of 10) or something?

Five to ten jelqs per week. Time follows repetition. Quality not quantity. You can do 50 slow complete jelqs in 5-10 minutes.
