For those of you having gained 1”+ how did you pull if off ?
Hanging ?
Manuals ?
ADS + hanging
Extenders ?
Further, how many hours per day have you dedicated to PE ?
AND
How long did it take you to reach the mark of 1” gain lenght and/or girth ?
I’ve been reading on various theories of PE, like weight X time theory as in ADS used alone. However many seem to be of the opinion that one needs to hang a heavy weight, and then wear an ADS so the tissues can heal in the stretched state—that makes sense to me.
I’ll keep on reading when I get up tomorrow morning, but in the meantime, I’d also like to hear from you fellow PE’ers.
