To what do you contribute most of your girth gains?

I know everyone gets success from different things. It would also be nice to post how much you’ve gotten and from what exercises.

Most of my gains came from the newbie routine in the first 4-6 months girth and length.

I used to be on these forums a lot maybe 2-3 years back. Unfortunately some things came up and prevented me from continuing with my PE. I only recently have gotten started with some of the basics again and plan to get more into it. Back when I used to be on these boards, someone had posted about these bends which came to be called “O-Bends”. I tried looking for the relevant post but I couldn’t find it. They are pretty extreme, but seemed fairly safe if done properly. I am quite convinced that most of my girth gains were from doing them. Do any of the forum regulars recognize what I am talking about? I was wondering if O-Bends ever caught on, or if it turned out to be a dud. I’d be glad to elaborate on the technique if people are curious.

Obends have been quoted as the “holy grail” of PE. I know not everyone has seen gains from them, but once I’m through with the newbie routine I hope they will help me hit my 5.0 girth goal. I don’t know why but I just feel like flaccid exercises will work for me. Hopefully it will work, and I’ll be thanking mrorange about a year from now.

I attribute most of my girth gains to jelqing.

As I am uncircumsized I started off with dry jelqing, then moved up to clamping after a time. While clamping gave great temporary gains it was not until I started using lubrication and doing proper jelqing that I really noticed significant permanent gains.

Take your time, pick a simple routine you can stick to, and be consistent in your efforts. Patience is the key.

Most of my gains came from jelqing. After takin a break, I came bac with clamping and it gave me nearly everything back, so I can’t say it did for sure.

I was doing O-bends for awhile but oddly enough, I didn’t gain any girth but about .5” in length over a period of a few months. I attribute that to jelqing though.

I just realized I left out using an ADS. Also if you select “other,” please tell us what exercise.

Alot folks voting for jelqing. How much can you can from jelqing? I’m a big advocate of clamping. I haven’t been getting erections throughout the day so girth is put off for me. I quit porn so I’m struggling with girth also

Some interesting facts about about the length and girth polls:

About 1 of 4 of people in each poll have not gained.

Gains in each dimension (length and girth) can be attributed mostly to 2 exercises each, jelqing and stretching for length and jelqing and clamping for girth.

Jelqing seems to be the overall big winner, receiving about 1/3 of the total votes of the GAINERS.

Length has been gained by a wider variety of exercises than girth.

I think this makes things clear. By no means is this the truth absolutely 100% of the time, but generally jelqing should be the cornerstone of any routine. I would think that if you are looking to gain length, start with a routine consisting of stretching and jelqing. If you are looking to gain girth, start with jelqing and some light squeezes and work toward clamping. You’re probably saying, “no shit, Sherlock.” Well at least we have a poll now to confirm it.

It should be also noted that most newbie routines revolve around the jelq and, from reading the forums over the years, can become very specific towards things like hanging, pumping, clamping, etc. Take that into account with the fact that most people gain more easily in the first few weeks and months of doing PE, and we might have an explanation for why many people have gotten the most results from jelqing (and stretching). It’s just another thing to consider.

I’d be wary of getting sucked into a Stats 101 analysis of jelqing vs stretching vs clamping- so many unaccounted for variables as to make the analysis all but worthless.
