Tough tunica girth question
Alright, well I have a really tough and rigid tunica.
My question has to do with exercise level intensity. Lately I’ve been going really intense. I’ve been doing horses, orange bends, erect bends, that rolling pin exercise (while clamped), all at fairly intense levels. Now doing this I can get about 0.25” of expansion in girth right after the workout (some of which might be lymph). There are a lot of people out there saying that cutting back and going less intense is the way to go. However, if I do that and do say Memento’s girth routine (jelqing with a few horses every few minutes) I get maybe 0.125” of expansion after a workout, and this is still doing this at least somewhat intensely.
So, how the hell am I supposed to gain with a non-intense routine if that’s all the girth I can manage after a session?
What do you think is better, intense or non-intense for tough tunicas?
Another question related to intense workouts is does doing erect excersises cause more lymph buildup (something I think I have noticed)?
