Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

Marinera asked to leave the forum, he can’t post here anymore.

You can find him outside of the forum though, he uses the same username.

Good luck!

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

My pictures

Really sad I wasn’t able to discover PE earlier , being able to discuss stuff with some retired members like marinera would have been really nice.

Just want to say thanks for the amazing info.

Great value G.

I’m gonna try out the v grip.

Need advice on stretching before Penuma Implant

I need some advice. I’m scheduled for the Penuma implant on September 28, 2022. The implant is trimmed to the maximum length during the procedure however, out of the bag is is 7 1/2” long. My goal is to have all 7 1/2” implanted. So, I need to stretch about 1 1/4”. (length is determined from just behind the head to the base on the upper side. I have almost six months to stretch. Any advice on stretching would be helpful.

Did your doctor give you any advice?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Hi RMB9999,

I would like to advise you to go and check phalloboard forum. Just go there, in the bar search type Penuma and read very carefully.
The Penuma is usually a nightmare, ending in emergency removal of the implant and penis shorter than before.

Let’s say you get the implant for 7.5 and you need to stretch something like 1.15 inches.
If you do pe with heat through hanging, whether you use infrared heatpad or Ultrasound you should be able to reach theses 1.15 inches not stretched (BPSFL) but effective. Maybe not in 6 months.
YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET EVEN MORE THIS WAY.
But you will avoid the pricey implant and procedure price, recovery, complications because you only have one unit.
So at least, in order to have the full picture, AGAIN PLEASE check phalloboard.com.

How do I preserve upward curve?

Will any of these exercises ruin my curve? I have a slight upward curve that I’d like to keep, even though I realize straighter looks bigger. Are there preferred stretch directions for preserving upward curve or can I still do stretches in all directions without fear of losing my curve? Will fowforing ruin my curve? I like that one because it’s an easy exercise I can do at work. I really like my curve and so does my wife.

Start: BPEL 6 3/4 MEG 4 3/4 BPFSL 6 7/8

Goal: at least 7 1/2 NBPEL x 5 1/2 MEG.

Perspective is everything. Progress thread: From anxious to confident

Hey guys !

Does anyone know about the latex swimming cap trick to stretch your unit?

I came across this golden video of a guy cutting a piece of a Latex Swimming Cap and folding it in some way to tuck his Penis in, and it was awesome it would create this crazy grip.

It was golden, found it on YouTube but I didn’t save it
:( fuck.

That is interesting. Not many guys appreciate explicitely an upward curve, but I do, too, and want to preserve it. I do straight and upward stretches only, never downward for that very reason and don’t use fowfers. I don’t know if I could lose that curve when doing downwarded exercises, but don’t want to risk.

Stats: 06/2011: BPEL: 13 cm; MSEG: 10 cm; 04/2022: BPEL: 20 cm; MSEG: 14 cm

Goal would be: BPEL: 20 cm => reached 03/2022; MSEG: 15 cm

I have an idea for a routine and would love anybody’s thoughts. Basically, I’ve used this thread and Gentlepsychopath’s thread for a long time as my blueprint so to speak. I think I’ve gained a little bit in length but it’s kinda hard to tell. At this point, it seems like I’m at a standstill. I think I may have been doing the stretches wrong, so I’m going to give it another go with a more gradual and progressive approach. So for example, instead of just getting warmed up and going straight to a fulcrum stretch with a pretty serious amount of force, I’m going to do some simple stretches and try to apply the relaxation principle that Marinera discusses early on in this thread. I’m thinking 10 minutes of a straight down simple stretch really focusing on being gradual and letting myself relax into the stretch, and then doing a downward fulcrum stretch with the same idea. I’ll probably go back and forth for about 30-45 minutes a day. Then finish with some jelqs just to restore the blood and take a day off every week.

I’ve seen a ton of stuff on how well a bathmate works so I went ahead and got one. I haven’t used it yet and I think I’m going to wait until I give that above routine a couple months or so to see if it’s working. On YouTube, More Plates More Dates talks about it, and he’s a pretty solid source. The principle makes sense to me, but I’m confused about how to apply the whole routine. Marinera says in this thread that girth work should be kept to a minimum when looking for length, but I’ve seen firegoat talk about using jelqs to restore blood flow and send new blood cells to the area etc. To me, a pump would definitely fall under girth work. I was almost thinking that maybe I just alternate length days and girth days. Monday length, Tuesday girth, Wednesday length, Thursday girth, so on so forth and then maybe Sunday off completely. I’ve seen SO many different routines on here and so many different viewpoints on what works and what doesn’t. This thread seems the most credible, but I’ve diligently been doing fulcrum stretches with heat for a few months so far and really have only seen minimal gains. When I’m max hard, I’m about 7 3/8” in length. My original plan was to hammer out length work until I get to about 8” NBPEL, and then go all in on jelqs and pumping to get girth, but I haven’t seen the steady increase in length like I was hoping for. I was hoping for like 1/8” or 1/16” a month until I reach the goal.

I probably have another year and a half of living with myself until I move in with my girlfriend. That seems like plenty of time to get some lasting gains as long as I’m doing the right things. I would love any advice on if my ideas are solid or if there are other things I could implement. I’m not going to do a clamp or one of those other stretchers. Let me know if there are other threads to check out as well. Thanks boys, and good luck with your gains.
