Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

I don`t know what is wrong with me, but every time I try to do stretching I feel like I stretch mostly my skin and its close to tearing, its kind a same for flaccid and erect, well when I stretch it on totally flaccid it kind a works, but I get erect fast so can’t do it for the time it needs to be done. I`m uncircumcised maybe this is the problem, I guess JAI stretches its the way to go for me.

I’m uncircumcised too and have no issues. Does your foreskin retract completely?

If you’re uncircumcised, you have to first pull the foreskin all the way back before you grip for the stretch. That should give plenty of extra skin so that when you do stretch, you only feel the internal tissues stretch, and not the skin.

Can you gain length by only doing manual stretches and for how long per session should you do them?

You are best off following the routine in Important Newbie Threads/Info. If for some reason you don’t want to do the jelqs, just take them out, although I would consider that a mistake as they are a synergistic exercise and help you get the best out of any other exercise. If you are only going to stretch, make sure you use heat.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Fulcrum Stretch

Hey, guys! How are you doing?

I’ve got a question: is it necessary to use an external device, (such as a bottle or a pipe), for the fulcrum stretch? Or would my wrist suffice?

Anyway, that’s it. Thank you!

This is a great oldschool topic on how to stretch properly. Im uncut and i recommend pulling foreskin back as well use some toilet paper to help with the grip, specially for 1+ min holds.Stay safe

Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

Hi, guys! Question: I’m thinking about changing my routine from this:
-Downward Fulcrum Stretch: 10 minutes.
-50 Jelqs.
.. To this:
-Downward Fulcrum Stretch: 10 minutes.
-Upward Fulcrum Stretch: 5 minutes.
-50 Jelqs.

Any advise or opinions?

Holding Versus Pulling?

I have read through a ton of this thread and have one question that I have not been able to answer.

How do I differentiate between holding and pulling when stretching?

Starting BPEL 6 3/4" x EG 5 3/8"

Working on 10% increase :<]

Current BPEL 7 1/16" x EG 5 1/2"

Hi, DaBears. The way I differentiate holding from pulling is like this: I pull my dick until I can pull no more, then I take it back a quarter an inch or half an inch and HOLD it there so it can grow accostumed to that stress. That’s it.

Thanks. That makes sense.

This thread has been indispensable for me. I really hated manual stretching. The thought of a 1 min hold on a stretch was ridiculous.

Now I will be able to integrate it fully into my routine. Man there are a lot of specifics to figure out to do PE properly.

Hello

I want to start PE again with a manuel stretching-based routine. I can’t do Jelqs anymore.

Is there an efficient beginner routine I can follow?

Thanks

Is there anyone who knows whether a higher amount of short length stretches or a lower amount longer length stretches work better?

I’m pretty sure there is a whole thread dedicated to the newbie routine.

Hello marinera and fellow p.e group, thank you for all this information and this thread

I will be trying the fulcrum stretches soon and I was trying to get some questions answered.

So if my NBPEL is 6, my fulcrums diameter is suppose to be around that size?

Ans what do marinera mean with this:
NBPEL/3 for downward stretches,
NBPEL/2 for upward side stretches.

What exactly does the numbers imply it doesn’t make sense to me what its trying to explain

Thank you everyone and marinera
