I had started stretching a few months ago,( October 2015 ), like every now and then when I went to urinate, I would do a little, not realising ( dumb me ) that stretching needed warm ups aswell as jelqing. Since then I had about 4 months pause because of pains ( more like uncomfortable aches )
So 4 months after I started the newbie routine,(routine started in january 2016) and started to add stretches at 1 and a half months into the routine. started with 10 seconds, now at 1 minute stretch per direction. Up, downand to the sides (diagonally sideways/downwards) plus 120 wet jelqs.Those 4 months were actually a break because of injury or at least I thought so, but I am wondering if I toughened up the tissues possibly? 4 months break could have acted as a decondittioning break and my tissues are sort of back to normal? Or could it be permanent? I am aware that tissue has memory, so maybe I just continue my routine and see. Gains are yet to be seen…I do think I am getting used to what sort of treatment my penis should be taking though, so I feel like adding a bit more to my routine, ( 3 days on, 1 off, 2 on 1 off, instead of 2 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, the 1st day of the 3 day period being amore intense )
Still no gains though, and I’m at 2 months routine.
Firegoat, you advised me to stay at 110 jelqs and add strtching till I reach 10 minutes of stretching, only then add more jelqs…so I havent yet got to 10 minutes of stretching, but I have increased a little the jelqs I’m afraid, not alot ( 120, and planning on 150 on an intense day if I am to do 3 days on 1 day off )
