I think iv been doing them wrong tbh.. I read back over the trend & see that you think

I had it in my head that when you do a stretch that you go to full BPEL steady with in 1 set.
But if I’m right you would hold at a given length then after a min.. Stretch out to another given length & so on.. Till 3min set is done.
But only going to & then past BPEL only on the last set or 2?

You shouldn’t worry to go past your BPEL; you should just relax into the stretch and think to nothing else, you will go past your BPEL more likely if you don’t think at it.

Ok so each set is 3 minutes?

You say that 30 minutes min a session? So that would be 10, 3min sets?

No, each set is how long you can keep your penis stretched without fatiguing your arms, wrists etc.. If you can hold the stretch for 3 minutes or more, nice, if you can’t, better doing more shorter sets.

So you just hold for a given lenght for the set? Then move on to a longer lenght for the next set & hold it for a given time?

Or I’m I suppose to hold for 1 min of the set then after that minute stretch out to longer lenght for another minute & so on till I can’t hold the stretch any longer?

Just figure out what you can hold, on average. Then hold this amount of time for each set.

No need to add progressive time amounts to each set. That wouldn’t be productive.

although I was thinking more not of adding time on to set…but rather say your bpel was 6 inches..you would hold at 3inchs for 1min then go to 4 inchs for the next min.. then you would strech out to the full bpel for the last min of the set.

Marinera I’m curious to know why you think fulcrum stretches to the sides should work well for girth?

Also do you remember of anyone who gained girth from fulcrum stretches?

Actually what I think is that they work well for length. They are useful for girth too, because the penis is pretty much like a balloon: if it is tight and you stretch it lengthwise, you can stretch it more girthwise too.

I don’t remember anyone who has done a fulcrum stretch routine alone or mainly. That could be a good matter for a poll.

marinera, just to clarify, have all your gains come from stretching and jelqing, or have you used other methods that you feel could have contributed.

Ok, I wondered why different angles would work more or less on girth. I agree with your view on doing both length and girthwork, we already discussed it.

Jelq, hanging and a homemade extender. I have never been consistent on manual stretches, my bad. Lately I have been doing fulcrum stretches (although not that consistently either) and I think they gave some girth gains; no numbers to write down since I have never monitored girth through my PE ‘career’ (again, my bad).
