When doing fulcrum stretches do you do stretches with the bottle at various areas of your cock? Or do you just do a single stretch with a fat bottle which targets the entire cock?
Also what do you find best for girth? Downward fulcrum stretches? I’ve never known how to do fulcrum stretches to increase which aspect of girth, i.e. would stretching downwards increase the width of your cock or the depth (up and down) of your cock? I imagine stretching out the sides would increase depth the most, but I’m not sure. I can imagine stretching the sides also working the best for width (by allowing the sides to bulge out more), but perhaps stretching the top of the cock (stretching downwards) would allow the upper part of the tunica to expand more, therefore being better for width.
Any thoughts?
