When doing fulcrum stretches do you do stretches with the bottle at various areas of your cock? Or do you just do a single stretch with a fat bottle which targets the entire cock?

Also what do you find best for girth? Downward fulcrum stretches? I’ve never known how to do fulcrum stretches to increase which aspect of girth, i.e. would stretching downwards increase the width of your cock or the depth (up and down) of your cock? I imagine stretching out the sides would increase depth the most, but I’m not sure. I can imagine stretching the sides also working the best for width (by allowing the sides to bulge out more), but perhaps stretching the top of the cock (stretching downwards) would allow the upper part of the tunica to expand more, therefore being better for width.

Any thoughts?

I prefer to use a fat bottle or smooth metallic pipe, to stretch the most if not all the shaft.

Downward and upward fulcrum stretches are the best for the width; downward are good for length also.

Alright I’ll give it a go. I’ve been using a pretty small diameter piece of wood to stretch and haven’t really gained anything even though the stretch feels intense.

Try for some time and let us know how it works. To give an idea, for downward fulcrum stretches I make use of a 3” diameter metallic tube, 70 cm long, I place it on my legs while sitting, and can hold the penis with a lot of force without tiring triceps, shoulder and wrists.

When I do stretches for length, should I take penis at the bottom, or one cm under the head of penis ? Thanks in advance.

Right under the glans works better for me, expecially with the V grip. I think the 1-2cm below the glans is a rule for jelqing (mainly for safety reasons), not for stretching.

What! All this time I thought I had to stretch 1-2 cm behind the glans, but thats only for jelqing?!? No wonder I haven’t gained any length.

The palm of your hand should be in contact with the dorsal side of the glans (where there is no frenulum); your fingers should be mostly in contact with the ventral side of the glans (where there is the frenulum). Hope this helps.
