Uhm. Sure fulcrum stretches can give hard erections, but painful is never good to me. Have you been taking any drugs? What’s your test-injection frequency and dosage?

I take 1 mls of testosterone every 2weeks, last shot november 11th. I also take a tiny bit of Cialis maybe 3mg, a tiny piece off of a 20mg tablet. Definitely not the cialis because I have taken in the past more than one 20mg tablet in one night, not wise but desperate probably is the most accurate word, dick just didn’t seem like it wanted to cooperate.

I can only think that your last PE session was so intense than you needed several days of rest to recuperate. If I had a Viagra I’d save I for my training, they say its ultra-cool. Its unnatural shit so I probably would abstain from regular use.

I personally don’t like doing fulcrums with ED drugs in my system its alot harder to do A-stretches ,

Maybe I would cut a bit on intensity though. 5 days are a lot of time. I generally get harder erections the same night or the day after having done fulcrum stretches.

Idk how that is I just get into the mentality that its time for stretches, and when my boner has a mind of its own I may need to do girth.

Where did I say that , I could see where you might have read into my comment about taking a tiny piece off of a 20mg tablet , but that is every now and then , not every day.

I really respect you, but I really don’t think I have over done it, this time, Maybe I did and don’t know it? in the beginning i got carried away and every now and then maybe but as a rule i try and listen to my body , night and morning wood. For me it seems if i over do it i lose night wood and morning sometimes. And if I take a really long break lose both it seems.Or if i get off injections for long period of time . But when i get it right i get good night and morning wood. I don’t know what you mean by 5 days , its been 5 days since last workout. Thank you for all of your advice

I think that when syringes are needed there’s a hardcore variable in you’re system. My username means ( syringes).

Idk if you took a look at sparkys thread PI’s, its really helpful its basically if you’re dick feels extremely strong in the morning you may want to do girth training. But if it just feels ok they you should do you’re stretches( about one hour for for me). I stretch everyday if I feel pliable.
