Is a larger diameter like that better for upward and downward stretches? I’ve been using a closet rod. Too thin?

For downward fulcrum stretches the ideal fuclrum is about BPEL/3 diameter, maybe even a bit thicker. For lateral stretches, I find a BPEL/2 diameter works better.

For upward fulcrum stretches, the fulcrum is pretty thin, a thick fulcrum makes hard to perform the stretch.

Marinera I do have an increase in girth from my last posted stats but I want to make sure its good and cemented before I post it , fulcrum a-stretches have mainly what i have been doing. As a side note last night I had a hard on that was so hard it hurt I kind of wanted it to stop it was so intense.

Marinera the reason I was asking you them nocturnal questions , was last night I had a hard on that was so hard it was pain full, my penis and head felt alot fatter , it was most pain full behind the nut sack , like their was so much pressure it was almost trying to act like it was going to kink behind the balls, it scared me , it was more intense than any exercise that i have ever done , and I have done some stupid stuff early on that i have never posted. Now here is the kicker marinera , I haven’t done any A-stretches over a fulcrum or PE in 5 days, I’m a big believer in rest days and rest weeks for my unit to heal. Also wanted to mention the intense expansion was in the cc, the cs was not all that hard in comparison i could push it in . The head felt super fat. Whats your thought’s?

Yes it woke me up , I have had many to wake me up, the last one I mentioned in this thread woke me up also , but this one was the most intense.
