Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

Marinera what have your gains been like. How did the rate of gains change when you added fulcrum. Why do you think downward fulcrum stretches contribute to length and girth but upwards side fulcrum is where its at for length gains?

Squats to stay flaccid

Have you ever gotten hard during manual stretching, making it even harder to stay flaccid?

I’ve got a trick for you - try squatting while stretching. The blood pumping to your legs will drag blood away from your dick allowing you to stay flaccid!

I’m sorry if this has already been mentioned.

Hello Guys,

I need a suggestion from you. I am a newbie currently completed his first month of beginner routine. I started really slow with 10 seconds pull and am doing 2 sets of 30 secs stretch in every direction now but I absolutely hate it. I guess I am pulling way too much because my dick feels like it is resisting back. This is exactly what marinera mentioned in golden rules post in page 3.

So what can I implement Don’t pull, Hold rule into newbie routine? 30 seconds is too short for that. Shall I skip 30 secs pulls and do 2x2 minutes (or 3 minutes) of stretches? Like pulling gently first and apply more power gradually in every 60 secs just like marinera implied.. Or shall I just continue newbie routine?

Any advice will be great
Thanks

Do the Newbie Routine but make your stretches so that you can feel what is happening all the time in your penis; so that you get a feeling of it ‘easing out’. When it feels like it has eased out as much as it will in one stretch, hold it there for 20 seconds or so then move to the next direction.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

I’m not that active in PE anymore, I try new things for some time to see their potential but don’t stick enough to them to have permanent gains, because I’m quite satisfied with my size. Downward fulcrum stretches are effective for length because they stretch the dorsal tunica, which is where most of length gains will come from; but since the penis is flattened (so stretched girth-wise) while performing them, they are effective for girth too. After a few sets of downward fulcrum stretches my penis stays fatter for a while.

Side fulcrum stretches are the best for length IMHO, because there is less width-oriented expansion in the penis while performing them, which translates in less force required to stretch the penis length-wise; the friction on the fulcrum is also lower. Try measuring the length of your penis while doing both stretches and you’ll see which stretches more the penis lengthwise.

That makes alot of sense thank you for your response. Would you recommend doing both downward and side for maximum length gains? I wouldn’t mind some girth development but I’m shooting more for length gains to push myself to 8 NBEL.

I haven’t tried side fulcrum stretches yet, but I can tell you that downward fulcrums works good for length and girth. Maybe implemented with some jelqs or Ulis can give even better girth gains.

Yes I would do both, together with simple stretches. I would also add jelqs, although some people feels like jelqs limits theirs length gains.

Thanks marinera for a great thread with a lot of good info with excellent tricks and tips for manual stretching :-)

My stretching sessions are much more effective and relaxed because of this thread.

Thanks again!

Heat is the key!

No problem. Huge stats Monochrome.

What are all of your thoughts on a double fulcrum-like stretch? Using your hands, bend your unit in one direction near the base and with your other hand bend in the other direction under the head. It would look like an “N” or “Z” depending on how you look at it. Tried that this morning and gave me a good workout. Jelqs afterward felt more productive, as well.

The idea is good, but I am not really figuring out how you perform it with your hands, you would need 3 hands. Maybe a pic would help understanding. :-)

I didn’t mention that you are using your own hands as the fulcrum. Grab the shaft with your right hand about a third of the way up. Grab just under the head using the v grip. Pull the left hand to the left and righy hand to the right. But use your fingers gripping up top to keep the head facing forward. In essence you are using the fingers as a fulcrum but not in the traditional sense.

Maybe I got it. I find hard to perform that, but practice makes perfect They say. Maybe it is the same concept of the spiral stretch.

As a side note, I would suggest newbies stay on simple stretches for theirs first months. Fulcrum stretches can really hit tough.

I’ve tried them maybe 2 years ago and they were really intense. I didn’t stick with them long enough to gain because of change in my schedule. But they felt like they had potential.
