Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

Don’t be focused on ligs; even better, the more the stretching feeling is felt on the shaft and the less on the ligs, the better.

Don’t stretch to where I can feel the ligs, but stretch to where I can feel the shaft. So am stretching to hard or to far?

I guess we aren’t understanding each other. What I’m saying is that you shouldn’t be worried of feeling the stress on the ligs, because stretching the ligs serves to nothing as far as gains are concerned. So said, if you suspect you are applying too much force, then ease up. More force will not give faster gains. In the meanwhile, you can learn how to put more or less stress on different part of the penis when stretching; this can be done with so minimal changes in the way you grab the glans or pull with your body that trying to explain is about impossible, you have to learn with practice.

I’ll do just a graphic example in one of the next posts, but as said I can’t go on explaining all the minute changes in grabbing and pulling, that would be like trying to teach to somebody how to lift a weight with words and figures: you can look at figures and read words all your life, but if you don’t spend hours and hours lifting weights those hints will be of no use.

What type of ADS would you recommend? I’m a newbie (2 months, had done PE before a couple of years prior but stopped). I already built my wench ADS, but want to use it with an elastic band to the leg. Do you think that will do the trick?

Havn’t read the whole thread tbh, but like to add something about grip:

What really helps I find is to have piece of loo roll wrapped completely around the penis (like a blanket) then using the regular ‘ok grip’, grip just under the head, but also use the ‘middle finger’ for more grip and less fatigue. The middle finger really provides most grip. Also can use the 3rd finger somewhat.

I get a great stretch every time like this, and hold it for 3min a time. Because the grip is somewhat intense, like most I’m sure know it’s very important to gently massage the blood back into the head after a few minutes.

Also really prefer using paper because the close feel to the skin due to the thiness.

Hey marinera, I’ve noticed an interesting response to doing a stretches over a very thick fulcrum. If I get the position right, I sometimes feel a very intense stretch in the tunica and when I am done with a set, my penis hangs not only longer but fatter. What do you think is happening to the tunica when doing these stretches?

Yes, that’s what I’m feeling to when I do my upward fulcrum stretches.. I can feel it along the shaft.

It is expanding in its total surface. With straight stretches tunica is elongated only in length direction, with fulcrum stretches it is elongated in both length and width at the same time, and with very high forces (potencially too high, be careful).

When I do my fucrums I stretch the penis to it max then place the a very thich fulcrum and drag it over the fulcrum and hold the stretch for several minutes in a relaxed state..

Sounds the correct way. How hard? The stress relaxation technique still applies: if you need a lot of force to keep the penis at that length, you are doing it wrong. You have to be focused on the strain; keep the penis at that length and see if after a minute or so you can augment the strain just pulling with slightly more force. I have always found that big forces are counterproductive.

Anyway if you really have faith in high force, pull with more force for the last 30 seconds of the set.

How long can a person do fulcrum stretches, months , years,? I like doing them my BPFSL is slowly getting longer with very little turtleing if any. my erect width is now up to 1 3/4 mid-shaft its a slow process but its working whatever changes happen seem to stay around they don’t fade away if i take 2,3,4,5 days or a week off.

Like anything else, when they stop working it’s time to take a decon-break or switch to something else.

Yes there is little or no turtling because they mostly stretch the tunica.

never tried using a fulcrum .

But after reading this post , I tried with a flashlight that’s about 1+1/2 ” diameter .

I stretched it over and held it with my hand to stretch it , holding for several min .

“pecker” was feeling well used after .

Only did one .

I may do more of these now .
