Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

I notice that doing my stretching and jelq at night is best for me. Gains has been coming easy and fast. I’m think about moving to ADS after I stop seeing gains with the routine I’m doing or can I do now if I want. Are this a good idea or stick with the routine I’m currently doing? Any thought or opinion and/or advice would help.

or golf weights or other things that provide less than 0.750 kg of force and/or don’t hold the penis at a fixed length; an extender is different IMO. An ADS is not worth, it could provide some very small initial gains but nothing more than that; if used after the regular routine, will do nothing as well, it is just no point. Beside that, there is a capital rule in PE: if you are gaining, don’t change a thing. Gains are a bless, enjoy them and avoid adding other stress.

2005? I did it for the first 3 years consistently enough, later more focused on exeperimenting than gettin stable gains. Now let’s avoid going off topic. :)

Yes, although I could have lost something, I never measure my penis nowadays.

Do you think it’s a good idea to do this stretching routine of yours in the morning, then girth work at the evening?

So how can you maintain what you gain and/or keep it permernate?

Avoid bad habits, exercise and do a minimum of PE regularly. Use it or lose it.

I think jelqing is a synergistic exercise and can also counterbalance the fall in EQ that intense stretching routine give to some guys; so a short jelqing routine 3-4 days per week is a must. On the other hand, doing a lot of girth work is not a good idea if you are focused on length, because there is a trade off between lenght and girth; when I gain girth, I tend to lose length, and the other way around; beside that, you don’t want a lot of blood in your penis otherwise the force that is stretching lengthwise the penis will be less effective.

So can I stretch and after that do jelq? I been doing jelq only but every other day or 2days in a row I will add the stretches to my jelq can I do that, or is it best to do both consistently?

You can add jelqs of course; I think if you want mostly length gains doing jelqs before stretching could be a better option.

I’m focus on both and just want to figure out a good weekly or two week routine for both lenght work and girth work if that’s possible?

I had heard different stories about focus on just lenght then girth.. who made me a little confused sometimes.

You know I pumping also so I wonder if I can pump 4 days a week with some dry jelqing insted of that short jelqing session you mentioned?

I thought working on girth, you expand the penis in all directions even lenght not just on the sides?
