I’m focus on both and just want to figure out a good weekly or two week routine for both lenght work and girth work if that’s possible?
I had heard different stories about focus on just lenght then girth.. who made me a little confused sometimes.
You know I pumping also so I wonder if I can pump 4 days a week with some dry jelqing insted of that short jelqing session you mentioned?
I thought working on girth, you expand the penis in all directions even lenght not just on the sides?
