I took 9 weeks off from jelqing due to an injury and about five weeks off from stretching. I was hoping to come back with a bang since I took an extended break, and also since I never really had any significant growth to begin with. I’ve been stretching manually for the last month now and no gain…no jelq’s yet because I do not want to put on any more girth (already 6.5) until I reach my length goal of 7.25 nbp (currently 6.5 nbp). All I need is 3/4 of a shitty inch to be done with pe. I warm up, cool down, take rest days…everything, and still no length. I’m starting to get bummed out. I stretch for about 30 minutes a day, sometimes all at once and sometimes split up by 2-3 hours or so (two night sessions). I simply won’t hang (my wife is more important than my dick). Please help me.

I’ve also had poor luck with good length gains… I also in your camp with a natural 6.5 midshaft girth… Looks like Wadzilla was right about girth hindering length gains….

I have the exact same problem, but with girth. Try some hanging, that gave me some nice and fast length gains. The stretching gains took alot longer.

Try stretching for longer, with added heat. Stretch for 10, then heat for 5, then stretch another 10 etc. What sort of stretches are you doing at the moment? Have you considered doing two 30 minute sessions a day? What routine do you follow? (how many on/off)

I was going to say that - added heat during the entire workout seems beneficial for really good stretching. Buy a jacuzzi and a sauna. :nodding:

Seriously, what you could try though is ir-light or a heat fan. I had a look at booth and decided on a smallish 1500W heat fan. Maybe ir-light is the ultimate for lig stretching, I don’t know, but I think I will continue using the fan during my longish wet jelq workouts, and the shower head for my shorter stretch sessions. I will get back - if not here so in some other thread - with second impressions after having used the fan for a couple of weeks.

Anon, I basically stretch in all directions with a few A-stretches thrown in. My septum is very tight but I refuse to put pressure on the top of my dick (V-stretch position) because I believe it caused damage to one of my dorsal veins (it has since healed). My length isn’t great for the A-stretches so I basically stick to the basic stuff. I’ve been doing 5on 1off, but considering any alternate ideas if you have suggestions. I just have no luck with length.

Try alternating between straight down (lig) and straight up (tunica). I find straight up hard, so I do SWM’s bundled tunica stretch and it works great. I normally gain 1/8” length per month with this length routine:

Warm up 10 minutes
Straight down/under the leg both sides 10 minutes
Warm up 5 minutes
5-10 bundled tunica stretch

The septum is right in the ‘middle’ of the shaft near the base right?
I have been doing an exercise lately that I feel deep soreness right there, I know its not in the tunica and I know its not the ligs.

Its just a SO stretch, but with the shaft rolled over a rolling pin. So the tip would be pointing towards the ground, or better a little further so its kind of pointing at your knees. And make sure that the pin is close to you, so the part thats rolled over is a couple inches from the base.

Try it out and let me know if its actually hitting the septum, maybe it’ll help you. later

It’s similar, but I never felt that before with the A-stretch, rolling over the pin makes a big difference i dunno how.
