Hey Kids.
I was heavily, bed-flipping, nail-biting, constantly searching and wondering, in order to find an answer to my question.

Needless to say, an answer was not found. Hopefully, yet.

So I’ll ask it here.

Can anyone who worked on his tunica (meaning stretching/hanging in a high angle) tell me how much he gained? Because with my low (7) LOT, my tunica is my only way into The Big Dick Leauge, and I want to know what am I to expect.

I actually just started real work on my tunica last night with hanging since I used up most of my lig gains it seems with my LOT being < 7. I can’t tell you how much I gained from tunica work of course Ben Dover but I will say hanging SO and OTS is the best it seems for me to get fatigue/soreness on the whole shaft and even behind the balls. I’m going to continue hanging with these two positions primarely and a little OTL for the side attachment points and see what happens. I have a good feeling about this since I have all the time in the world to hang. :)

Im about to start too. I think my ligs are done gaining.

My lot and lowered but I havent gained much at all. Could I still gain from ligs with ADS?

Apparently there’s no actual proof about the lot thing. Before the theory came out guys stretched their ligs way down and gained. I have a low lot and I’d be doing it right now but I can’t seem to stretch without seriously changing the color of my dickhead.

that’s brusiing (light to dark purple color) the penis glans/head, I’ve done that a million times with manual stretching, sometimes to the point of slight pain (which must be a little nerve damage) and it alaways heals back if I rest from manual stretching for a day or two or even jelq then rest, the glans/head will be as good as new….

All of my gains have come from stretching the tunica. When I first started PE, I put a lot of weight on the LOT Theory but from what other people say, its not too important.

So you nailed around 1.5 Inches of length in round 2 years by tunica stretching only?

Yup. I started with manual stretching upwards at 12 o’clock. Then moved to hanging the upper angles (12 o’clock also). Jelqed and whatnot.

Man I would love to make some lig gains…

I’ve been gaining with lig gains mainly I think and I am starting to target the tunica with greater intensity. Hopefully I can gain in ligs AND tunica. Wouldn’t that be great!! I’ll report if I make an sudden gains now that I’m targetting the tunica more.
