Do them before or after hanging, applying heat before doing them gives you better plumping. I warm up under my electric blanket, do the tunica tugs under my electric blanket and it stays warm all through the exercise.

I’m definitely adding these to my arsenal. Now why didn’t I think of that? You have to be careful with these though I’m sure, you can feel the micro tears going on using just a lite pull. I’m going to go easy as all ways to start. Your the man Kingpole!

You also said they are mostly for girth. I think, with all my infinite wisdom, That with a little experimenting these would be a great length exercise. What do you think?

Which direction do you stretch in? Straight out (directly away from your body)? Up (towards your face)? Another way? I’m gonna give these one last try.

Up toward your face is the right direction. It does not work to go downwards with it. I also go to the right and left side makes a good fulcrum stretch.

Still didn’t do anything. When I put the v at the base it just seems to act like a fulcrum on my ligs, just making it more of an intense lig stretch. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you ever tried twisted stretches? Seems like they’d work well, can’t get them to work either though.

Also, if you have time could you read my question in the golf weight thread? It would also apply to these.

When you apply the “V” grip tighten it a bit and at the same time tug towards your face.

Over did the tunica tugs the other day, I think I had my first lig pop. It was cool.

That’s one hell of a stretch. As a beginner to the PE again, I think I’ll hold off on these until the dick’s more conditioned.

Kingpole or others, how long do you guys hold the stretch for on average, if I were going to add this to my routine?

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

I’ve been doing these religiously since I first read this thread (over a month), and I’ve got to say, I’ve not had any luck with girth gains since I started PE, very little I picked up with the Newbie Routine, I guess. I do three sets holding as long as I can, incorporated in my stretch routine.

I use PE weights at least 3 to 5 hours a day, lately I’ve noticed that the weights are getting tighter putting them on, I use a sleeve for the PE weights and wrap just behind the glans, so it’s the same thickness every time.

I haven’t measured yet but I can tell it’s getting fatter, at least flaccid for sure. I also thought it would be a length exercise, but definitely notice girth getting thicker, finally. Thanks KP!
