Can someone help me out on this? I’ve asked before but never gotten an answer?

What is your post-workout girth using these? I really don’t know if they do anything for me, because my girth after I do them barely changes. I think it is possible though that the girth you get with these might stick better than with say clamping, so even though the gain might be smaller, it’s more permanent.

Does anything think this might be true? What are your girth gains after doing these and how long was your session? How does this compare to girth you get through other exercises?

Could be true, because this is an exercise you do semi erect where clamping is done fully erect, or am wrong about the clamping? When I started these I was 5.9” EG few weeks later 6”-6.3” MSEG. Don’t get me wrong if I consume enough caffeine or take a benydryll I can lose that girth easily. But then it comes back when the medication has worn off after a few days.

I have never done these fully erect. Are you doing these fully erect?

No, I was doing these 100% flaccid… I thought that’s what you were doing.

What percent erection are you doing these at?

Also, how much girth do you gain RIGHT after a session and how does that compare to how much you gain after a clamping session?

I use about a 40% erection level. Most of my girth gains from the newbie program when I started PE. Then I did Mems momentous rapid gains mechanism for a month gained a tenth on that. Then ballooning for about 8 weeks gained a tenth on that. Topped over 6” EG doing the “Tunica tugs” they got me unstuck from the 5.9” EG that I was at seemingly forever.

I over did it once a EQ sucked for a few days. But if your careful you will get great EQ from them.

I have the same question. Is this done with a flacccid penis or some degree of hardness?

Just started doing these, but I’m tying my cock off (like clamping but with a piece of cloth instead of a clamp) at the base. I do this at about a 30 - 40% erection level, just to make sure I keep the erection for the whole stretch.

I definitely feel a very good stretch, but I don’t get a lot of expansion, which is why I’m still curious about my question above.

Interesting, try kegaling in some blood. Slack off on the clamp a bit say down to 20%. Kegel in some blood see what happens.

Still experimenting with these, trying different stuff while tied off at the base.

Sorry to quickly derail thread, but is benadryl really that bad for EQ?
