Turkey Neck Breakthrough
Hey all, just thought I’d share a little breakthrough I’ve had, with a routine I’ve been doing the past 4 weeks.
I am in no way saying that the routine is the reason for the vast improvement in my considerable turkey neck!
There is already way too much bro science and conjecture on forums of every kind, I’m simply stating that in the past weeks, my turkey neck has retreated a good 75% I’d say, and the one variable that has changed, is the routine.
I start out with 5 mins in front of an IR lamp, I then perform 20 minutes of bundled stretches, twist to the left stretch and hold for 1 minute, then to the right for one minute, without pause, for the entire 20 mins.
I then hang using a simple noose, 3kg’s ( 6.6lbs) for 10 minutes, one set only.
Then jelq and squeeze for 10, then 3 sets of clamping.
This is all performed in front of the IR lamp.
The only new component here is the 20 minutes of bundled stretching. And that is what I am theorising is the reason for the improvement in my turkey neck.
This is just my observation, but I thought I’d share it.
On a side note, this new routine, aimed mainly at stretching and loosening the longitudinal tunica, has yielded higher EQ, much improved flaccid hang, and my fastest girth gains to date.
Taking a week off now before hitting this again for 5 weeks, then a 4 week decon before coming up with a new angle to hit my unit from.
