If we twist-rotate the glans by 90 degrees to the right and we stretch SD are we targeting the left side of the shaft?(like when do left side stretching)

And if we twist-rotate the glans 180 degrees and we stretch SD are we targeting the down part of the shaft?( like when we do upward stretching)

Are you referring to only rotating and isolating the glands? Or do you mean rotate the glands and let the shaft rotate as well?

If you mean the 2nd version, this is known as bundled hanging abs is considered a bit advanced. It can also be done during manual stretching. You can rotate it 2 full turns but it takes time to get to this level. It is great for increasing mid section shaft girth.

But you just sparked my curiosity about only isolating the glands when twisting. I’m gonna give a try. Thanks for the inspiration.

And when you rotate the glans…then the shaft follows.

In order to isolate the glans you ve to grab the base with your other hand.
