Two workouts a day is tough!
I have recently switched to a twice a day routine 5 times per week.
Morning - jelqs/ulis/horses
Night - Stretching, dry jelqs
It’s really been a task trying to get it to the 60-90% erection level for jelqing part of my workouts since adopting this routine.
I think that stretching makes my jelqing sessions less intense, as it is harder to get an erection (or partial erection).
Has anyone had similar experience with a twice a day routine?
I was thinking of switching to a 3 on 1 off instead of a 5 on 2 off, but the consensus seems that is less effective.
Also could stretching at a different time help me out at all?
