Two workouts a day is tough!

I have recently switched to a twice a day routine 5 times per week.

Morning - jelqs/ulis/horses
Night - Stretching, dry jelqs

It’s really been a task trying to get it to the 60-90% erection level for jelqing part of my workouts since adopting this routine.

I think that stretching makes my jelqing sessions less intense, as it is harder to get an erection (or partial erection).

Has anyone had similar experience with a twice a day routine?
I was thinking of switching to a 3 on 1 off instead of a 5 on 2 off, but the consensus seems that is less effective.
Also could stretching at a different time help me out at all?

I just started doing two workouts a day w/o off days, and yes, it is hard to keep erection that’s required for jelquing and squeezing. I’ve got only solution to this problem, and that is to watch porn that really gets you on. :)

Yeah Johan that is the way that I do it to.It is the only way to stay hard whilst doing a jelq session for a sustained period of time.This is the best way to do it rockinout.

I’ll try DLD! I’ve never really had a problem with that. I always keep workouts at least 2 or 3 hours seperate from sexual activity. I go in to both things with a completely different mentality.

Where do you guys that the best place to stick my stretching is?
I’d like to put it in the morning pre-jelq, but that seems to hurt my jelqing sessions. I feel like morning post jelq could hurt my erections that day.

I’m being difficult aren’t I.

Have you tried it at night, a little before bed? Or in bed? If I’m feeling froggy and want to give myself an extra round, I’ll give it a few tugs anywhere from 10-30 minutes while in bed.

I’m doing once in the morning, once in the evening and any time available in between.

RB breaks up his workouts like this and I think it could be beneficial.

Combining a couple of suggestions, I stretched in bed last night.
I waited a few minutes and then did a dry jelqing session.

It was tougher to get an erection after stretching, but watching porn really helped. I went back and forth between watching Seinfeld on my computer and porn (when I needed it).

I just hope that after a while of this, I don’t start getting excited when watching Seinfeld!

I’m going to have trouble doing much more than a 3 on 1 off schedule.
Since sessioning twice a day, it seems like I’m always doing PE. I need a day off.
