Uli bends and girth
Lately I’ve been doing a lot of Uli bending in between my hanging sets. I have a belief that if I try to get rock hard after each set, it will help cement the gains faster.
I’ve been finding that the uli bends I do have been helping me with girth a lot more than jelqing has. Before attemping these very intense uli’s I make sure that I’m warmed up really good and even then I start with low pressures and build up. If you don’t start slowly, you will get spots on the shaft. The only downside of these bends is that the base of the dick tends to stay the same girth as the rest of the dick gets bigger, creating the infamous baseball bat look. But I’m also hanging, and it has been said that it increases the girth of the base, so I have 2 things going for me!
Right now I measure 5.5 midshaft and 6.0 at the base, I started from 5.25 midshaft.
I’m curious if anyone else has done this exercise and has had the same luck with it?
