Lately I’ve been doing a lot of Uli bending in between my hanging sets. I have a belief that if I try to get rock hard after each set, it will help cement the gains faster.

I’ve been finding that the uli bends I do have been helping me with girth a lot more than jelqing has. Before attemping these very intense uli’s I make sure that I’m warmed up really good and even then I start with low pressures and build up. If you don’t start slowly, you will get spots on the shaft. The only downside of these bends is that the base of the dick tends to stay the same girth as the rest of the dick gets bigger, creating the infamous baseball bat look. But I’m also hanging, and it has been said that it increases the girth of the base, so I have 2 things going for me!

Right now I measure 5.5 midshaft and 6.0 at the base, I started from 5.25 midshaft.

I’m curious if anyone else has done this exercise and has had the same luck with it?

I fully agree. I saw little with jelqs then after a few days of doing bends I appear fatter. I wish i’d tried them earlier.

Jelqs have always given me nice harder erections, but they didn’t really “do it” for me in terms of a size increase.
I’ve been messing with different Uli variations, and I haven’t gotten a baseball bat effect yet. I think it’s ‘cause the base of my cock was always a bit thicker than the rest, so I got time to catch up.

But yeah, any good stretching routine will increase your base girth enough to avoid this reverse taper effect.

How exactly do you do an uli bend? The uli is just where you go dry, pretty erect, then hold your hand on one spot and push halfway up the shaft till you feel pressure on the glans right?

I initially gained more girth through fully erect jelging, I have since chance to jelquing combined with Horse squeezes/bends plus Ulis. Through this I have developed a baseball bat shape, 6” head girth, 5.7” mid shaft.

Grip the base of you dick with the OK grip and perform an Uli to fill up you dick with more blood, 90% - 100% erection. Then create an OK grip under the glans with the other hand. Gripped tightly squeeze this grip towards the other one, at the same time bending you dick at mid shaft in different directions, up, down, left, right for a few second then release the grips, shake you shaft for circulation.

Take care if doing it for the first time, so that you do not sustain any injures.
