I understand this exercise to be grabbing the base in a ok grip and squeezing correct?

I seem to have gained from doing this , I add a slight squeeze to the glans as well to create even more expansion. I hold it for 20 to 30 seconds tops.

Question: Is this exercise more stressful than clamping, I have only clamped on occasion but with the Uli or H 440’s , it seems that after a couple days in a row I start to show a smaller flacid through out the day. I think the unit responds to less is more when it comes to these types of squeezes, Is this true?? Or should the hold be reduced to say 10 to 15 seconds?

I just can’t get a handle on this , sometimes I do it and the flaccid is huge most of the day but after several days of this exercise it shrinks

If your penis shrinks, you are working it too hard. But tell me quantum, have you gone through the newbie routine or did you jump straight to the advanced exercises.

I was contibuting the slight shrinkage to the longer holds of 30 to 40 seconds. I think the 440’s stress the unit

I have noticed this too and recently went back to the original uli set of posts that can be found on several boards. He said he was always 2 days on, 1 day off. More than 2 days in a row of these might be over doing it.
