You could wear it all day with no circulation fear. The only danger is blisters under high weight. I feel about 5lb with my elastic setup.

I,m wearing mine right now, I often use it after hanging. It stays on pretty good but will sometimes lose its grip, overall my top choice for an ADS. However I havn’t completed the CC3 yet.
I am uncircumsised.Would this device still work?
I’m uncircumsized and I was pretty much wearing it all day for the last few days and noticed a great increase in skin. So if your uncircumsszed like myself and have plenty of extra skin then this is bad. The only gain I noticed was my foreskin got longer and now its is so long it hangs over my glans somewhat and looks stupid so I’m going to stop using it.
The stretcher seems to pull mainly the glans and skin. If you look at you dick when stretching it with the VTLC tugger you’ll see how much your glans is being stretched and you can see how unnaturally long it looks. I don’t think anyone would want there glans to look like that.
On the plus side there are no circulation troubles and it can be worn for long periods of time with little discomfort.
