I cut a piece of a flexible tape measure exactly the size of my permanent EG, and I have been using it every clamp session to make sure I am expanding as much as I should be. I also use it in-case I notice a loss of any gains as well so I could take action immediately and make a necessary change in my routine if such a terrible thing were to occur. I think it is worth mentioning. It also strokes your ego and motivates you as well to see the numbers inflate before you eyes.

Does anybody else cut a piece of the flexible tape measure to their exact permanent girth to keep track of gains or unfortunate losses while you clamp?

I was thinking of this technique today, when I was taking my girth measurement using a piece of strap. I think it’s very good to use this in future measurements to track the progress. It’s very nice to try to put this piece around your penis then, Pam, it doesn’t fit any more.

I’m going to do this as fast as I can.

It’s also nice to put the cloth tape measure around your mid shaft while you clamp, and kegel and watch the blood expand you penis in quick time. Also, with the tape measure you can keep track of progress or lack of progress to make adjustments before you lose your gains you’ve worked so hard for. Measuring once a month, or once a week can have negative impacts. However, it is probably not really going to matter, but I think it does for some reason.
