Using a IR lamp the whole time?

Just got my IR lamp yesterday and used it for the entirety of my manual session yesterday, lasting 35- 40 minutes, but just read to not expose yourself to the light for more than 12 min straight.

So my question is if this is something I really have to abide to or can I actually use it for over 30 min straight or is that unsafe in any way? It’s a 150W one if that makes any difference and it’s the ‘strongest’ one out of the two models I chose from.

IR is just a heat lamp.

The problem if you run it too long is that your flesh will get too hot.

BUT you should make sure the lamp itself doesn’t overheat, which might cause it to fail or even catch on fire.

Ok, already knew it’s only a heat lamp but did not know the ‘dangers’ of exposing oneself too long in front of the heat so thanks for explaining. Will watch out for it over heating.

Think maybe I’ll stick to warm up’s and downs with it to be on the safe side.

I used it for the whole session and its amazing best warm up I used so far , just get your unit at right length from the lamp not to overheat, If you feel uncomfortable just back off a little. I also modified it a bit. I used an old metal lamp stand I had and just mounted the IR lamp bulb. That way it cannot overheat and start a fire. Also it has a few spring joints so can be easy adjustable. You could get one very cheap at thrift shops.

I think its huge advantage to use it thru hole session because of its amazing properties.

Thank you very much, this pretty much answered it all for me. Just did my manual session but had the IR lamp on for around 13 minutes out of 35. I did use it for my full manual routine the very first time and I’ll go back to doing that again because as you say it’s an amazing source of heat.

My unit becomes so, so much more pliable and easy to stretch+ my unit hangs like it’s never hung before and it lasts for a very long time as well. So glad I actually bought this equipment, probably my best buy thus far.

Never truly realized how important heat is in PE before getting the IR and it has showed through in my nightly erections as they are there through the whole night and seems much more frequent and long lasting as well. Will never do another session without my lamp. I also sit in front of it when putting on my extender for at least 5 minutes and the results thus far are almost a bit overwhelming, lol.

I’m very glad I helped.
I think this information should be more wide spread because I think its brings enormous difference in PE.
One thing to be conscious with is your balls, get some fabric over them. Cotton is good(I use small kids cotton socks, works great, keep them cool and really easy to put on and off)IR doesn’t penetrate that, to make sure that sperm production isn’t harmed. It might be harmful for your balls to be repeatedly heated.

When I was using my IR lamp 150w for manual stretches I felt like I could do it without interromptions or breaks, it was the same heat since I turn on. But now I am using Bib hanger, I only use it for 5 minutes, rest 5~10 minutes then again 5 more minutes of IR irradiation heat for all sets. Of course sometimes I forget and let it there for 10 minutes, you can do it, but in long term is not advised, it can cause some problems. So for now I am doing 4 sets of 20 minutes on hanging, and 10 minutes (5+5) of IR heat each set, on the end of the day it’ll be 40 minutes of irradiation on my dick and balls. A friend told me that IR irradiation on testicles are not good, they can cause problems on your fertility and that I should somehow protect it, but I really can’t see a way to do it, if someone has an answer please spread the word.

Thanks again, will find something to cover my nut-sack with as I have been thinking about the lamp basically frying my sperm, will find some type of cloth heck maybe I’ll just buy some baby socks like you have.

Wishing you even better results as well, all I know is my flaccid hang has never consistently stayed this big no matter what I do. I do this to have a huge flaccid as well as a huge erect one and I’m finally getting closer and closer to that goal. But it’s taken long, too long as I wasn’t too consistent in doing my routines in my early years of doing this.

The last 2 years is what has given me 90% of my gains and it’s still a bit unbelievable almost seeing my dick being way closer to 8 inches than 7 inches. 7 inches was initially my goal as I never in my wildest dreams thought I could ever get to 8 inches, but here I am 0.25 inches maybe even a bit less away from that sought after length. I’m freaking 7 inches NBPEL now, and it feels helluva good to the brink of pure penis bliss, lol.

Anyhow, I digress. Thanks once again for a very fulfilling answer, best of luck and tons of gains!

Good to read that I’m not alone in enjoying the benefits of IR heating. And even 5 minutes really is enough to keep your unit good and warm for a long time as the heat really penetrates the whole penis making it way easier to stretch.

Maybe that’s why I did not gain anything from over 4 months of hanging, I did not use any type of heat. Wish I had realized how key heat is in gaining, I have read it time and time again how important heat is but being a stubborn man I’ve just got it done without it. Maybe my gains would have been even better if i had used heat from the start, who knows.

And thanks for warning me about destroying my sperm quality, I already knew it but sometimes I need to be reminded of it to not forget and fully realize it.

Wishing you tons of gains and buckets of motivation. You and I are basically the same size NBPEL and not to toot my own horn so to speak but it’s quite the good size already but then again we always want more or we would not be here, doing these exercises several times a week.

Your welcome. I use both of them, one over the other one. The elastic band in them keeps them from falling off. Just find the right size for you.
I noticed a better flaccid too, even harder erections. I hope new gains will follow.

I use it to warm up (beurer heat lamp)

I use it during stretches.

I use a heat pad on the tube when pumping.

I’ll do 7 min of ir therapy on off days. I feel it helps with recovery.

Sure. But I can tell you here that most of my length gains have come from extending though and doing A and basic stretches and some pumping.

Guess it’s quite a lot I’ve been doing after seeing what I wrote over here, hehe.

It’s a actually a Beurer I have too. Excellent lamp.

It is not clear in this thread what kind of IR you men are discussing.. It is important to understand whether it is “ordinary” IR, which is really not much more than a radiator.

The u8eful kind is far-infra red, which has been shown to have very beneficial effects on all kinds of human tissue. I have found it excellent for relief and eventually cure of all kinds of aches and pains and also as an accompaniment for PE work.

You can get these lamps from China (if the mad President T hasn’t banned them).
