"V" Stretch and Dorsal nerve dangers

"V" Stretch and Dorsal nerve dangers

I’m really confused as to the whole situation of the “V” stretch,
I thought that the dorsal nerve runs along the top of the penis, ans that this stretch puts pressure right on that very nerve?

I know that an inverted “V” stretch seems less likely to cause this the way I see it, but i’m not sure, mabye you know more about this whole issue.

Oh, yhea, with all the pulling and pressure that occurs on the head while we excercice, does the dorsal nerve run along the head and can it be damaged there I wonder?

From the paranoid,
Cascade.

Good question, not sure about the V-stretch, I have been doing them for some time now and I’ve had no problems. Nerves stretch along with everything else so as long as you dont go nuts…should be fine.

As for the grip, yeah you can mess things up if you do it wrong…or too much too soon. When I started up about 6 months ago I got the occasional ache or pain, but I found that as time went on my cock became much tougher.

Well I did hear somewhere that nerve tissue grows the slowest and muscle tissue grows the fastest.
So I guess it’s really the nerves that give us all our grief when something goes bad from pushing too hard?

The V stretch does not sound like it is more risky then any normal stretching. If you make the v using something like a dowel rod or your finger then you are not going to be pinching the nerve. I also believe that an inverted V stretch would pose more of a risk then a regular v. In an inverted stretch the top side of the penis would be recieving the greatest stretch posing more threat to the nerves on the dorsal side.

If I remember correctly though, the largest blood vessels run right along with the nerve so as long as you aren’t really straining the vessels I think your nerve should be fine too.
