Spark, the contraption is detailed on my other thread “TAZ ADS”. But the head is held by a coupling that I invented. Its basically PVC plumbing fitting. I took a tale piece from the plumbing section of Home Depot. Cut off the pipe so that only the male and female fitting remains. The male piece is the smaller of the two of course. I put this male piece around my dick about midway. There an 1/8” air gap between my shaft and the fitting. I fill that air space with a jelly cock ring I purchased from Walmart. Its tight and difficult to squeeze the cock ring in between my dick and the fitting (this is a good thing). Once the jelly ring is in, I screw the female piece on the fitting locking the jelly ring into place. The jelly ring is squeezing the shaft, but is soft and comfortable. It also grips the skin preventing slipping. The fitting keeps it from falling out. I can leave it on all day.
