I have stumbled upon the whole idea of alternating between girth and stretching exercises as well. I have found a few other posts scattered here and there talking about doing things in this basic order as well.
For the stretch part I am doing low erection jelqs as described by Cheeva in the thread titled “New Jelq City”. I simply do 1-4 squeezes (Uli’s??), for the girth.
In this order:
-40 or so slow Cheeva jelqs,
-then 1-4 squeezes of about 1 minute each, (about 70% erection),
-then 80-120 of the same jelqs.
I have had tremendous results in the last months doing it this way, and previously I was stuck. Call it about 1/2 inch in about 4 months. (I’m not taking the time to go back and look in order to post here so that is an estimate.)
For me at least, there seems to be some sort of synergy about this order. I mean that the effect of the total workout is greater than the sum of the parts.
I can ditto some of the comments that talk about how the stretching part after the girth exercises feels a lot different than if there were no girth aspect. If I do the 160 Cheeva jelqs without the few squeezes, it does not feel even close to the way it does with the squeezes worked in. (Note that we are talking about only 1-4 reps of the squeezes!)
The tricky part for me has been remembering that I am doing both exercises as part of the workout. I might be able to do 200+ jelqs without the squeezes. I could do 6-10 of the squeezes without the jelqs. So I have to make sure I cut down the reps of each exercise when doing them together. If I don’t I go straight into over training.
The squeezes are particularly hard to manage. I have been actively trying to enlarge since my join date at Thunders, and still have found that 1-4 squeezes is the absolute maximum that I can do when part of this workout.
I suspect that the actual order that one performs the exercises could be another dimension to the basic equation of force x time.
