I’m not really a vet either, but I have been at this for almost a year strait. I personally like clamping at a low intensity, but every day. It would make sense to clamp (or Uli) and hang at the same time. It seems you make the best gains from consistency, and following a workout you personally can handle.

Go as hard as you can, but listen to your body (dick) at the same time. I feel lower intensity workouts more frequently is what makes the dick grow, but you have to give it time. Most of us on this forum can’t spend enough time on this craft to make the quick gains BIB did, but the more you do, the faster you’ll gain within reason.

You have to work smart and be patient. Find a few exercises you like enough to be able to do PE consistently, and do them consistently. It takes a lot more work to gain 1/2” of girth than it takes to gain 10 pounds of rock in the gym!

As a moderator I have to be careful and as 789 mentioned clamping is extreme, but you nailed it. If you stretch after jelqing or when the cock is swollen some here will see gains. The same with clamping. Here is the kicker and I have to go back to 789, clamping is dangerous. I mean once clamped and pipe hard and you accidentally bend your dick, and I believe you can break it. Another thing, you have to take big breaks to give your cock time to heal and grow. I did 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off, I think 3 on and 1 off can work, only if you are conditioned. I can not stress more about the conditioning and if you are not you conditioned you can or will traumatize your cock and it will not gain. This is what I have experienced. Be smart and do it right and have a large good looking cock instead of a large discolored cock.

Glad I could help fellas. I’ve been doing this for the past 4 days now and I no longer get red dots and my dick hangs great when flaccid. Each day it seems like it is stretching a little bit further. My routine is the following:

*No warm up or warm down because I have zero privacy (I do my routine in a public bathroom LOL)

1. Get out cell phone stop watch
2. Kegel blood into glans(for better grip right underneath glans) but remain pretty much flaccid and stretch for 2 minutes
3. Jelq right after the 2 minutes is up for a minute then do a uli for 30 seconds
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 five times. (10 minutes stretching, 5 min jelqing, 2 min 30 sec ulis)

Give it a try let me know how it goes.

Oh hell no ! Do not not ever let PE get in the way of any pleasure may it be parties or going to the beach or sex. Gaining is not that important as long as you have fun.
