What about 3 routines ...

If I do a routine at 6 AM, one at 3 PM and one at 11 PM, do I have to do it 2 day on/1 off? Any recommendations…

First routine is normal stretching and wet jelqing
Second routine is DLD Blaster, wet jelq, Ulis, Horses and Bends
Third routine is the same as second…

I did a very similar routine 7 days on for a while. The biggest problem I had with it was the time it took. At one time I felt that the constant stimulation of training would yield big results. Since then I have found that two sessions a day are sufficient for my gains. I currently do my stretching in the early AM followed by my Jelq exercises late morning. I like the feeling of being done for the day.

I see, so I would do 2 sessions a day 5 day on/2 off, that should do it.

Since the war is so mediated on TV it actually gave me an idea.

The “Shock and Awe” routine is what I’ve been doing. I warm up, hit it hard, take a break, hit it hard again, break once more then i release the mother bomb technique which leaves me so fat and sore I feel a job well done.

I took a week to mix and match different methods until the ruler told me which routine gives me the best after effect. Therefore 3 x’s a day it is.

Shock and Awe! Thats awesome!

How minutes do you spend on those breaks? 15 or something? >.>

Well, it seems I’m feeling gains already, but I won’t measure them till the next month…
