I need routines
Hey Yall. I need some good routine ideas thrown at me. I’m going to completely re-sculpt my body entirely. An PE is part of this. If not one of my main concerns honestly. So I need some really good routines. Ones that have worked personally for someone. Against what I want to be started at I am a beginner. So if I could be provided with somethin for beginner an then somethin for when I move forward it would be greatly appreciated. Even a link if you will. But like I said I’d much rather have routines that personally worked. I look forward to yalls input. If you could with your routines add the gains you accomplished from them an the amount of time it took for these gains so I can balance out the whole process.
