What can I expect?
Can someone PLEASE (oh god please!) tell me what you normally gain when wet-jelqing 30-min/day for about 6 months? (and yes i’m a newbie)
I wanna know if it’s worth the effort. Testimonials and stuff are welcome!
These exercises are really tireing and if someone could please help me out here and just tell me what i COULD gain from the wet-jelq, sadsak slinky, and the plumped bend in about 6 months or so……
I won’t do the clamps or any hanging…
i know everyone’s different but just a ballpark
(and YES i know that i’m not supposed to do 30 min exercises right away when i’m new) don’t worry
