Newbie...what can i expect?

I think I pretty much know the routine I am going to do, but I haven’t started yet. I am 5.75 by 4.75 right now. Did anyone else start out about my size and what can I expect from stretching and jelquing.

With work and perseverence you can probably expect around 2" in length and .5" in girth over a period of between 1 and 2 years.

There are people who make substantialy better gains and others who do less well. Check out the Newbie Routine. Starting off with a program that is too intense will often be detrimental to gains and risk injury.

My starting stats were nearly the same. 15 months later I am 7.75x5.5 bpelxeg. I still use the newbie routine but maxed out to 20 min stretch and 30-40 min jelq.

Its worth reading the old posts. You’ll pick up a lot. Once you’ve got an idea of what you want to do if you post your proposed routine in this forum people will post their thoughts on it, but as luvdadus mentioned starting with and then adapting the newbie routine has got to be a good bet.

How weird is that to see me quoted…

Think of pe, as you would if you were starting to do bodybuilding to get in better shape. you have to start off slow try things out to see what works for you. you wouldnt expect to build a good body in 2 months so dont expect the pe results to come quick. Although gains may come quick, just be consistent and determined. I’ve been doing pe for a while and have seen some small gains in length and girth. Stick with it and you will reep the rewards im sure.
