I do it in two places: Home and work.
At home I do jelqing, horses, and stretching. Sometimes I mix in a bit of hanging or clamping as well although that is sporadic. Here, I usually do my PE sitting down and concentrate completely on it. I do it in short, intense bursts so it’s easier to focus. Back in my hanging days I used to play videogames to distract me from the timer.
When I’m at work I go into the bathroom while everyone else is on break, stand with my back towards the door and do my one stretch before high-tailing it out of there. Even though the door has a double lock on it, I don’t think I will ever get comfortable enough to do more than the one stretch.
