What exercises didn't work for you

I would like to compile a list of exercises which didn’t work for you and if possible the reason it didn’t work. In every business deal I’ve ever done I learned more by failing than I did by being successful. So if we can learn what didn’t work for some and possibly the reasons it didn’t work then we may be able to figure out better ways to gain.

Everyone is different. Some things work for one guy and not for another. You could list every exercise and someone would say they were unsuccessful with it. The exercises depend so much on consistency, technique, other factors such as drugs, smoking, alcohol, etc. that it’s probably not possible to make a list that would be helpful. You can check out the Review Forum. That’s where things tend to get evaluated (equipment and such) if you want a list of what doesn’t work.

That’s my routine. Sometimes I speak with it and I beg it to grow. But after 3 years.no gains. I am wondering what’s wrong with my routine.

I found that traction devices didn’t work for me. It seemed there was to much constant increasing the tension.
