What is with Non-Boned Pressed and Pressed.

When I PE, I don’t feel it is ok to kid yourself. I mean, unless you are making yourself a goal to lose this much weight, there is no point to say, oh I’m 9 inches.. Bone pressed.

Is it just me?

Bone pressed measurements are for the sake of accuracy. Non-bone pressed measurements are more difficult to replicate consistently.

When tracking progress the bpel is easiest to accurately guage, regardless of weight fluctuation.

If I push my fat pad back, my NBP almost becomes my BP. I could just hold it back and use my penis like a tool at waist-level.

It’s really more for measuring purposes. So you can keep track better.

If you don’t have a fat pad yet, then it won’t really matter to you, yet.

So my NPB will fluctuate even when my weight doesn’t change?

But even then, at any given time, that’s the size of your dick. It’s still kidding yourself if you get a smaller measurement and say it’s just a bad day.

It’s basically to maintain an accurate record and keep everyone ‘on the same page’ for purposes of comparison.

Your NBPEL should change— hopefully for the better (that’s the whole point). It should increase if you’re successful at PE, and decrease if and when you take a break or discontinue (assuming you don’t adopt a maintenance routine).

It might fluctuate (over the course of a year or so) if you’re inconsistent with your routine.

It’s always best to be as honest and accurate as possible when taking your measurements. If you consistently measure 7.5” bone pressed but measure 7.25” on one occasion in say five or ten, then you probably are just having a bad day.

Ultimately you don’t have to take a bone-pressed measurement, but it is the most accurate method, and it’s the method used by more or less everybody with a dedicated PE routine.

Personally I take several different kinds of measurement so that I can extrapolate my BPEL from a pinch-pulled flaccid measurement.

Actually erections can fluctuate regardless. One’s weight can be a factor, but there are many factors that contribute to fluctuating erections. Erection strength can vary due to arousal level, fatigue, etc.

There are lots of ways to kid yourself. One is to read penis size debate and assume that you are not satisfying the women in your life unless you have an unusually large penis - just as an example.

As far as consistency of measurement bpel is what will prove the most accurate.

You are free to measure your penis any way you want, of course.

Myself I happen to like getting a raging boner and then place gummi bears end to end from the base to the glans. I’m up to about seven. My girlfriend is allowed to eat as many as she can put her mouth around while blowing me.

Basically, it’s the “skin is softer than bone” analysis. You can measure without pushing in the ruler, but pressing it up against the same spot on the same bone gives you a definite, non-fluctuating base to measure from.

But you’re right, nobody is going to flaunt the term ” I’ve got an 8” bone pressed dick size” out in the general population. It’s really only for keeping track of your pe progress.

But do it however makes you feel better, noone is going to flame you one way or the other.

I’ve found that my BPEL is more or less equivalent with the length I measure using the layman’s measuring method (measuring at the side of the penis and thrusting forward to advance the tip further along the ruler). If that’s universal (i.e. not just particular to my situation), it basically means an 8” cock is an 8” cock whichever way you look at it.

But that’s not to say you should use the layman’s method to keep a record, because the layman’s method is just not accurate.

I’d be interested in finding out how they measured for the Kinsey study and all other studies (if any). I’m sure they’d take a pinch-pulled flaccid measurement rather than an erect measurement (that would make sense to me, since it’s the easiest hassle-free method of getting a consistent accurate result), although I could be wrong.

One thing I’ve wondered about is when having sex with a girl, would she be engorging a 5.75 nbpel or your 6.5 bpel. In my opinion it would be the 6.5 bpel, considering the fact that when having sex you’re pushing with pretty strong force, one would have their pubic bone hitting their partners. Since there is in fact an inner penis with in the fat pad, I believe the bpel is truly what a woman would be experiencing. At least during intercourse, blowjobs are an entirely different animal.


Starting April 2007: NBPEL: 5.75", BPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.75". Have noticed gains just from kegeling (could be natural growth as well) NBPEL: 5.75", BPEL:6.8", EG: 4.75"

Nope, I know what you mean. Most of the time I only check NBP or usable dick, but when I do my monthly measure or putting measrements in the PE stats page it is BP.
Don’t measure it if you don’t want to.

I think bone pressed is better, cause it makes my unit look bigger and therefor makes me feel better :D .

well i think that it’s reasonable to think in terms of the useable amount of dick.

and i think when you’re pouding away, most of your fat pad gets compressed anyhow, so BPEL is probably closer to the measure of true penetration. And I base that on nothing at all :D
